The staff was very helpful, nice and had excellent service orientation.
We liked our stay very much and be sure to consider coming back. The room was very comfortable, very good view, comfy bed, close to everything you would need.
The food was not quite varied and not done well. Some of the veggies were not chewable.
The light in the sauna was malfunction.
Do mind the uphill walk to the hotel, we didn't bother but I would not recommend for people who have troubles walking.

Location is very central. Its about 5-10 minutes of walk to the old town and the beach.
Each time going up was difficult especially for the older ones. The staff was very nice and were willing to help and advice on every topic needed.
++ l the staff in this hotel is the best I had ever encountered. Bogdan and Katerina were so helpful for us all through our stay.
We had a little bit of a problem with the it being so uphill. When I was booking this hotel, I underestimated how difficult it would be, but it is really difficult and should be taken into account.
Also, there was a really bad smell everywhere in the hotel except for our room .The elevator smelled at the lobby too.
Leslie, the breakfast was just enough, but not really tasty. It was just OK. Let’s say we did not stay hungry, but we didn’t enjoy the meal either.

Excellent room with a wonderful view. The staff was very friendly. Parking very near up the hill. Walk down the hill to the waterfront. Old town and beaches within 20 minute walk. Small grocery store 5 minute walk.
The hotel is situated up a hill which may be difficult for people that have a problem walking. We found it doable and fine.

Location is pretty convenient for the old town and beaches (about 10-15 mins). Gym was decent and hotel provided washing services for 10€ which was nice as this was one stop as part of a long trip.
A little bit of confusion on checkout with payment as we checked out early but was quickly resolved by the front desk. Check in was quick and fine despite us arriving later than planned and it’s good they gave 24 hour front desk. Also small thing but the TVs are not smart TVs and the living room layout was a little constrained for 3 people to sit together at night

The apartment was like a niche boutique hotel. Excellent location, clean and spacious apartment and helpful staff. The view from the balcony was amazing. Very good breakfast spread and attentive and helpful staff. In all we had a lovely stay. Highly recommended!!
The climb up the hill!!! But that is expected and does not take away any positive points !!!

Super tasty breakfast, great view from the balcony, close to the old city and beach, pleasant staff.
Noisy street, no wi-fi, one sauna didn't work, another is in pretty bad state. The kitchen in the apartment is useless; there are no dishes, pots, pans, or cutlery. The apartment looks much better in the pictures than in reality.

The apartment was really clean and nice. There was a huge bathroom and balcony with a sea view. The room was very clean and you could get it it cleaned every day. There were no utensils in the kitchen, only forks, plates and cups. We had to ask at the reception for some knife and other stuff. The staff was very very nice including the receptionist, cleaning ladies, waitress etc. The breakfast was tasty.
It would be great to have an equipped kitchen when there is one. We didn't need to cook but it would be nice to have utensils to make a salad. The breakfast was tasty but there were the same type of meals the whole week and many of them like pizza would be better for dinner. It could be better considering how expensive the hotel was.

We stayed in Villa Aria from 20th of August till 27th of August, and I would like to pay attention to cleanliness of hotel and rooms. Thank you indeed to the all staff of hotel, especially for the reception staff. Special thanks for Katherina and her Manager. After arraival at Budva, taxi driver left us near the shopping center TQ Plaza (10 min walking from the hotel Villa Aria). As the transfer was arranged by hotel we informed reception staff accordingly and
Transfer from hotel to airport was arranged by Hotel free of charge, and it was very pleasant for us.
The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable.
Can be installed washing machine in the bath and coffee machine
