New house, clean apartment with a big balcony, with everything necessary to stay
There is iDea market about 5-10 min from it
View is excellent in Sea View side
A bit far from beach, about 10 min. Road from beach goes up into mountain, but this has positive side - going to beach is easier :) The Ariston was leaking a bit, but not critical.. pool is paid, while not many people is using it

The apartment was modern and new. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessary appliances. The host was very friendly and promptly responded to every question I had. It was a great stay and I felt well taken care of.

First of all, this is a brand new building with spacious rooms and the whole place is very modern. Our apartment (#16) on the 2 floor had a beautiful terrace on two sides of the master bedroom, a beautiful view, 2 bathrooms with showers, AC in each room, modern kitchen, large LCD TV, free internet, washer, dishwasher... what more can one ask for.
The distance to the beach is about 10 minutes downhill walk with a grocery store along the way.
With regards to the price, this was one of the more affordable places to stay at, given its size, modern looks, and location; the price was one of our considerations but great user reviews was the deciding factor.
Yes, i would stay here again.
They do not take USD or credit cards as payment options, and there are no exchanges nearby.

Small towels, toilet paper and dishwasher tablets are only enough for 3 days, so you have to buy extra on your own
