Great breakfast, parking on site available. Large and clean rooms.
Limited English so communication in English is not the best but you can make it work. No mosquito net on the balcony door so you can't keep it open at night.

Exceptional Stay – Highly Recommended!
We stayed one night at Villa Antivari in Bar and had a wonderful experience. The host, Sonia, was incredibly warm and welcoming—she made us feel right at home. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach. The room was spotless, very clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was a real highlight—freshly prepared with a good variety, including eggs, local cheese, cold cuts, fresh bread, and coffee. It was served with care and attention to detail, and we truly enjoyed starting our day this way.

Overall, a great place to stay in Bar—peaceful, clean, and with amazing hospitality. Highly recommended!

Perfect place for layover in Bar or on the way to Albania. Beach was just over the street and Bar city center is close too. Rooms were clean and breakfast was perfect! There is parking available for free at the hotel.
As we arrived at night we did not see the railway just around a corner so cargo train passing by in the morning was a bit surprising. Also check in time is not 24/7 or even till midnight, but owner contacted us in whatsapp and waited extra half hour for us. Unfortunately owner speaks only in Serbian language.

The breakfast was cool, you will find the cheese, ham, eggs, cereals, milk and one type of juice (I'm not sure that there is suitable for vegan). The personal were also kind and very welcome :) The room is usual, nothing fancy, but just for sleep and shower you will find anything you need (even small shampoos).
Also we liked the closeness (5-10 min by foot) to the small beach!

Everything was great, excellent breakfast.
Large terrace with sea view available to all the guests in the villa.
The host and the staff were very accommodating.
Location very close to the beach, only two minutes walk.
Fresh towels every day and cleaning of the room.

The hotel is located within 100 metres of a beach that extends right up to the edge of Bar town centre, which is about a 30 minute walk away along a well paved promenade. It would be a 5 minute walk to the beach if not for the major, heavily trafficked road that runs between the two and requires a detour of 300 metres along the same road to get to the nearest pedestrian crossing. Rooms are spotless and comfortable. Breakfast is excellent and includes a variety of fresh fruit, breads, eggs etc.
The busy road in front of the hotel, but this cannot be be helped and applies to every accommodation in the nearby area. In any case, the pedestrian crossing allows safe access to the beach albeit after a 300 metre detour.

Perfect location, just by the sea, and the view was great. It's like 1min walk to the beach.
Room was very clean and perfect for our needs, clean towels and hairdryer.
Breakfast is served on a terrace with a view which was great, and the was exceptional, a lot of options and everything was so delicious. There was also a lot of fruits, orange juice and coffee. You won't regret if you come to Villa Antivari. We will definitely come again.
