Pleasant
The place was peaceful; stuff -kind, polite and helpful. The balcony which we shared with other guests was big and nice. The place was not so far from the beach.
Our apartment at the ground floor was dump and the smell in it was a kind of stuffy and unpleasant. It had no window which you could left open for ventilation, just a big, glass balcony door.
The rest of the house looked fine, clean and dry.

The room was great, the AC and Wifi both worked really well. We had a small balcony with a nice green view. The manager told us how to get to the beach through a small walkway instead of having to use the main roads which was helpful.
Not a major thing but take your own toiletries, this property doesn’t say they have toiletries but I know some people might assume they have them.

The room is spacious
Barely any toilet paper, there weren't any toiletries, A/C didn't work properly. We're regulars here and we expected more. The parking is also inappropriate, one could damage their car.

The host was amazing and there to help us with all our questions. The refrigerator was not working in our room and he showed us where the shared kitchen and we used it mostly. Also, the shower was not working and the host came right away to fix it. Also, there is a parking in front of the apartment.
The kitchen is tiny so it is better to use the shared one on the first floor. I recommend going to the beach by car because walking from the apartment to the beach is a bit longer.

The host is great. We have excellent communication with him. The breakfast is good. The terrace is good with an excellent view. The rooms are good but not great.
The location is not very good if you don't have a car. In Bar the beaches are all with stones and they are far from this location. The house has some mold smell in the entrance. It is not very clean.
