Disappointing
Location is best in Bar
Charge premium, but fails to deliver.
It advertise spa, but there is no spa. Only sauna, that works few hours per day and you need to pay extra 20euro per person.
Indoor pool is cold for recreation and too small for sport style swimming
Breakfast is limited and repetitive
No shower gel and no toilet paper in indoor pool area.
No umbrellas near outdoor pool, few lounges with sun cover are rent for extra pay
They rent space for parties that runs very loud concert like music till 23:00. So no calm sleep on Fridays and Saturdays

Didn't pay attention to the room amenities and ended up not having a kettle in the room. I just couldn't ever imagine an hotel such as this not offering utilities for making tea/coffee in the rooms.

I liked the location
The carpet in the rooms is quite filthy, the cleansing so and so, and the breakfast is really hideous. Yeah, the breakfast is sad. And petty.

Location
Room was dirty. No coffee machine, couldn’t bring it back from restaurant, hard to get any good service, pool was always loud…. Never relaxing. Food was just okay.

Breakfast was good, orange and apple juice were poor quality, cheap.
Workers work near pool area, very bad and noisy. Bed was to soft and it were 2 separate units, very often removed from each other. Old, damaged staf in room and around hotel. Not good value for money what they ask, not worty it.

Disappointing
Room was big , good location next to the promenade/corniche
Unfortunately I was disappointed during my stay at the hotel. I decided to pay more since the hotel had a swimming pool but it was crowded with loud children jumping all over so I couldn't just chill and enjoy. Also the hotel restaurant holds events and during my stay there was an event just under my room and it was very noisy. Loud music was played all night until 1 am . We were so tired and had to stay up all night until the event was over to sleep .

Great location right on the beach. Two swimming pools. Nice view of sea and hills from small but adequate balcony. Would be good for family holiday.
Staff were not friendly, it doesn't hurt to smile! Also didn't really seem to know what they were doing.
The hotel is very large and impersonal, but definitely suitable for family beach holiday.
Restaurant prices seemed extreme compared to local restaurants.
Why would you do noisy repair work to a car park, commencing very early in the morning, in June?
Several steps to enter the hotel, I watched people struggling with luggage.
The area out the front (not hotel property) is very untidy.
No tea / coffee facilities.
