It is a very strange place in the middle of apartment complex. A very pleasant and helpful owner yet, an unusual accommodation option.

Can't say much. Luckily met 2 lovely fun guys in the bar that I had a drink with and shared my meal which I bought/supported the owner with however regretted after considering his unreasonable verbal abuse not to mention how dirty & unkempt the room and his whole premises were which shows he has very little pride in his restaurant & rooms so I sadly can imagine his kitchen is so filthy & unhygienic. I have intended to report him & his premises to authorities/Municipality as im sure he is in contravention of many laws/rules. I'm not one to be uglyn/otherwise but trust me & his place are a disaster.
So much, lots said above. His place was filthy, everything smelly & broken. No remote for TV that balanced probably didn't work. Everything was a mess, nothing cleaned up in yard, rats must run a mock. He was very unreasonable & verbally abusive to me. So unnecessary. I was feeling ill /flu & had issues to attend to back home in South Africa yet he didn't care & got personal/swore me when I tried to show/explain a few problems in the room and open shower. It was cold & miserable there with an old dirty blanket on.the bed. It was a disgrace. I'm so sorry I stayed the night on Bar, as thus gave me a very bad & sad impression of Montenegro ?? as it was my 1st stop. I still need to report him to the Tourism board too as his behaviour was unacceptable. Apparently he has 7 children he needs to take care of but he MUST NOT take his issues /problems out on foreign tourists. I'm a young 58 yr old woman from SA with EU passport travelling Solo in a cold/ foreign place visited over 100 countries, and sadly he made it an awful experience and I have lost trust & respect for Montenegro. I say all this so that others aren't hurt / affected. I'm in Albania now and wow the people and places are amazing.

The location was the best part. Having a private room was nice but I booked a room with two beds hoping to meet someone else and I got a one bed room. My host was kind and offered a much needed welcome shot.
For starters, the number, email and address provided are completely useless! I tried to contact someone for hours because the address on booking.com just takes you to the street not the building. The guesthouse doesn’t exist on Google. I had to wander with my luggage and ask locals all over town. The guesthouse is attached to the Berlin restaurant which isn’t mentioned anywhere. I didn’t get any info or tour upon arrival so I have no idea if or when breakfast is offered. The shower had no pressure or curtain and the bed was terribly uncomfortable. My host was friendly and welcoming so he is the only good thing about the place.

I contacted the property in the afternoon to let them know about the time of my arrival, the didn’t answer. I contacted them later to change my time of arrival and to check again , but still no response, the numbers they provide on the page is not accurate and the address is not either… I got yo the address at 11 pm when they finally replied with their actual number, when I was in the area I call again to see where it was and they started saying on the phone “no more beds, Alles good, Alles good” and I was telling them I made a reservation but never answered again. It was super disrespectful and sad to leave a person on the streets, and I feel bad for the people that have experienced that, DONT STAY HERE, RUDE, LIERS!! They blocked my number

Very close to the bus and train station. Short walk to the beach and half an hour to Stari Bar. It was possible to check in 2 hours earlier and he was very friendly to me.
Well… I haven’t had any problems with bed bugs and you get what you paid for. Don’t except anything special. It was alright for one night.

Relatively central location
Any relative advantages of this guesthouse in terms of its location and low cost are completely wiped out by one single problem: bed bugs. After staying in this guesthouse, I have noticed very itchy sores on my skin. My doctor confirmed that they are typical bed bug bites. I've checked the reviews of other guests of this guesthouse and, to my surprise, found MULTIPLE complains about bed bugs over the period of at least two years. This place is infested with parasites for ages, and the owners have done absolutely nothing to solve the problem.

The room had bedbugs and I had to leave and book another place when I saw them at 9:30PM. The grounds of the hotel look like an abandonment.

Good location, near to station and not too far from centre, good price especially as we were just using the room to sleep in.
The shower didn't have a curtain so water would flood bathroom and room/corridor could have been a bit cleaner.

We left one hour after checking in because of bed bugs, we have footage of them crawling all over the beds, This property has zero cleanliness, and is a hazard for fellow travellers
