Svaka pohvala domacinu Zoranu, jako susretljiv i ljubazan, maksimalno se trudi ugoditi svojim gostima i izaci u susret. Jako posten i prijatan. Imali smo sve sto nam je trebalo i uvijek je bio dostupan za pitanja i pomoc, a u isto vrijeme imali smo svoju privatnost. U apartmanu nismo imali zamrzivac, ali nam je Zoran i to rjesio i izasao u susret.
Apartman je isti kao na slikama, cisto, udobno, na fenomenalnoj lokaciji.
Cuko Bleki i komsijske mace su nam svaki dan stavljali osmijeh na lice.
Nadamo se ponovnom susretu.

The room was a suitable size and clean.
The owner was really nice. Didn't speak English but managed with a google translator.
The pool was a perfect addition to the apartment.

The place is really great. It's good for visiting beaches, because they are 5 minutes away by walk only. It's good for resting on the terrace in the morning with the breakfast and in the evening sipping beverages. And it's good to cool yourself in the swimming pool on the roof, especially if you had the active vacation like we had and at the end of it have no will or energy to go somewhere out. Zoran is a great host and a good man. He is really taking care of this place and about his guests.
Everything was great. If you need something or feel that something is going wrong, you need just to tell about it and for sure Zoran will do his best to help you.

Zoran is an excellent host and thanks for the great help. We had a problem with the car. He connected us to his repairman and the problem was fixed quickly. His apartments are extremely clean, with comfortable beds, in a great location near the beach and the city center. The swimming pool on the roof with clean water is fantastic, we enjoyed it. Thank you for everything and we will come back again!

Beware! This is scam. Do NOT book if you don't want to ruin your vacation.
The description and photos are misleading - no sea view, no garden view, no private pool for the "penthouse" which is not really a penthouse as it is not on the top floor and not even close to the luxury apartments. All equipment is old and rusty, the photos were taken many years ago or retouched. This is a mediocre three-room apartment in a private development area with a narrow road and a view of neighboring houses. We tried to cancel our reservation right after arrival and the host denied our request for a full refund, booking.com doesn't help.

I highly recommend this place. Great location, close to the sea and the center of Bar. Well-kept room, just like in the pictures. Additionally, there is a swimming pool and terrace with amazing sea views. This is a truly unique place to unwind. The host was very kind and caring, he took care of our comfort throughout the stay. Has no flaws. We will definitely come back to this place ☺️

Zoran is a brilliant host who can organise everything for your stay!! His flats are at a top location and near the Bar city centre and the beach! You have a fantastic pool with stunning views for breakfast, lunch or dinner! Clean and tidy room with fridge! Highly reccommend his flats for anyone wishing to stay in Bar or Montenegro! Loved it!!?I will be back next year with my wife and bring more friends!

Super clean,nice beds and a kitchen with all the equipement needed.
The location is great,calm at night,shops and restaurants neerby,but most importantly the beach that is very close.
On my part it was great,would come again.

Everything was just great. The owner was so kind to wait for me to check in late in the night. The apartment was clean and cozy and everything I needed was there! The structure is very close to the beach, bakery, market and a restaurant with some very fair prices. Sound isolation is good, internet connection is stable and fast and the swimming pool is really cool (it's on the rooftop from where you can see the sea and the mountains).

The apartments are located in a beautiful and quiet place, near the beach and the city center, so you can walk to them .. The host is very nice and kind and always helped us with everything we needed .. The apartment was very clean, with nice and comfortable furniture ... We are very satisfied and can't wait to come again.

Host kindly let me check in early and provided cup of coffee on arrival.
Terrace was nice with sea view.
I paid 318 euros for one week for a one-bedroom apartment with sea-view and washing machine that I expected to look like the pictures on Booking dot com. Zoran the host took me to a separate apartment (in the orange building on the right in the pics) which was much tattier and older than in the photos and with no sea view. I would have left immediately except I had already paid. I then agreed to pay an extra 70 euros for a Studio (with no washing machine) in the main building. Washed my clothes in the shower.
Bed not a proper bed, just a cheap sofa-bed.
Location not great. Noisy construction site opposite and on one side; you walk to the building down Yugoslavia Street which is really narrow and no pavement and cars drive along it rather fast, so squeeze into the hedge or you get a broken leg.
I stayed in another apartment in Bar the previous week at similar price which was 100% better value and quality.

Host Zoran was very helpful and friendly. Gave us great advice on reaching the beach on foot by following short footpath through the meadow near the property. Property is very clean - inside the property, parking lots, pool on the roof... everything is very, very clean, and host puts so much effort on keeping it all clean and tidy. Property is very close to the beach (maybe 200 meters on foot) so you don't need to travel by car, search for empty parking lot etc. Close to property is small general store, couple of restaurants and fast food stores. Property has everything that family of 3 could ask for on vacation - small fridge, water heater with hot water available all day long, flatscreen TV with 50+ various channels (never searched through all of them), comfortable beds, small but very nice pool on the roof and always available private parking. There were nets installed on every window to keep mosquitoes, flies and other insects out. Highly recommended to all who want quiet vacation, close to the beach and promenade which leads to city center!
