We loved our stay at Villa St! Fantastic large rooms with all facilities needed. Extremely beautiful garden and the pool was amazing. All our service requests was meet and we got smooth help with taxis and so on. The location is a few min walk from the beautiful old town in bar.

Beautifully built, impeccable garden / landscaping, really special pool / BBQ area.
Tricky entrance / exit, and a little noisy as it is on the road between Bar and Stari Bar.

What a nice place in Bar. A really beautiful vila or appartment complex, with a lovely garden and very nice pool area. Wow! All was new, and suburb. Including a very spacious apartment, with a nice view. And a very friendly host, who even came to pick is up at the train station. Also we were allowed a bit later checkout. All-in-all very nice!
There were no curtains, so daylight came early. And the kids had to be quiet in the pool. Understandably, but you could sense all is a bit more aimed at adults and a bit more quietness. Nevertheless it is a great place, and we all loved our stay here!

Very well located, a few min away from old Town Stari Bar (although the walking 15min towards Stari Bar are not so safe with some roaming dogs, I would recommend to get there by car if you are with children).
Very nice swimming pool with good equipments.
Clear instructions to get keys.
Spacious apartment with a nice bed.
The equipments within the apartment are not so generous, especially for a long stay : no sink in the kitchen or soap to wash dishes, small shower.
The host (very kind though) is not English speaking, be prepared with Google translate.

Nice and spacious apartment with a beautiful view.
Even though the apartment itself was nice we didn't feel comfortable staying there. First of all, payment with credit card is NOT possible even though it says so on booking.com. Payment is only possible with cash and the owner was very weird about it. We had already parked our car inside and he then told us that he doesn't accept card payment and expects us to go and fetch the money now and pay right away. So we had to leave again and search for an ATM before we could check-in. Meanwhile he took our passports.
Furthermore, the owner speaks not a single word English and had to use Google Translate to communicate with us. He also seemed very fussy about everything when he showed us the apartment - there are lots of rules like "Only use the pink towels for the pool, the white ones only after taking a shower" etc. There's a whole sheet with house rules.
Also the owner lives on the ground floor of the building and was constantly walking around the building, cleaning the pool, checking on people etc. We felt like we were constantly being watched/checked on. It was a bit like staying at your parent's place but not like being on holiday. So all in all, we didn't like staying here because of the atmosphere even though it is a nice place in general.

Very nice apartment, super clean, nice view to the montains and the city, the pool is wonderful.
Old Bar downton is just 5min walk close, but the sea and beach is 2-3km so need to go by car.
The host is living there and walking around the garden all day and check if everything is ok. It's nice to see he's always cleaning and everything all right but a bit annoying he's 'checking' us. eg. a plate was falled down and was broken, he was immediately knocking on our door and said it's a problem..
