Very nice and clean hotel in the city centre. The staff (especially at the reception) was very friendly and helpful with everything. I 100% recommend this hotel for a stay.
Maybe the selection of food for breakfast can be a bit wider.

Convenient central location. Clean. Washing machine in bathroom. Good buffet breakfast with plenty of hot and cold choices.
We had requested an on-site parking space and got a message back via Booking.com saying that they would keep us a space. On arrival we were told that we would have to park on the street despite there being a space free in the car park. They eventually allowed us in to the free space in the late evening. They admitted that they had seen the message sent to us, but there was no apology. Our room was on the 5th floor. It had a very steep set of steps up to the double bed which was on a mezzanine where the headroom was very low. There was no space round the end of the bed so one person would have to climb over the other to get out to the toilet in the night. Husband didn't fancy tackling the steep steps at night and probably bumping his head several times along the way, so slept downstairs on the sofa bed. The room simply does not have the height for a extra floor.

Hotel is amazing. Lovely decorated, people there were friendly, suggesting us what to see or where to go to eat. Breakfast had a lot of variety and hotel is in a perfect spot.

Great location in the city. Spacious room with kitchenette. Laundry machine was a plus. Restaurant has a good menu with a decent wine selection.
For some unknown reason, the checkout process was long. I suspect the credit card machine needs some repair by the way the person at reception was holding the cable.

The staff were friendly and helpful, with good English. The whole place was clean, quiet and calm. The breakfast was decent and you can choose to sit inside or outside. The location is ideal, with everything in walking distance.
I liked everything. If I had to be picky, I would urge different window coverings to be considered (the curtains did not slide easily or allow for a completely dark room). And the lift was quite tight so a bigger lift would be nice. But really I liked everything. I will be back again.
