The staff was great and the place was super clean. We also had complimentary breakfast. The room was pretty small, but it was a queen size bed room so understandable.

It was very noisy, my room was next to the steps and people were loud and you could hear all the conversations from the steps and check in.

A cozy little hotel with friendly service. Very good transport links to the city center. The rooms are adequate. Breakfasts are fine for a short 2-3 day stay. The only downside is the lack of normal bread, only toast is available. A glass of wine offered every day. Unfortunately, white wine was not available during our entire stay.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and we really appreciated the complimentary glass of wine offered daily per person — such a nice touch!
On the downside, the room was located on the top floor and there was no elevator, which could be a bit inconvenient if you have heavy luggage. Also, the blanket provided was a bit small for two people, although we didn’t ask for an extra one.

Wonderful
We really enjoyed our stay in wine hotel: very friendly staff, comfortable and pretty big room(even for the family of 4), simple, but fresh and tasty breakfast. The most we loved the location, not so central, but near huge and beautiful parks and with variety of good restaurants in a walk distance. (the most we enjoyed la placinta and Cheenomorka) And of course the main hotel's theme - wine(a glass of wine as a compliment from the hotel and good choice of local wines to buy).

We can taste many kinds of local wine.
I thought that the hotel is independent with terrace, etc. So, I was a bit shocked.

Disappointing
Looks much better than in real life :( Noisy heating system. Too old and damaged all in the room. Location on 4 th floor without elevator. 1-3 floors - shops and offices.
