Breakfast ok, but not great. Location was good, 4th floor, no elevator. Receptionist was nice.
Some guests were noisy, breakfast was basic, balcony was very small.

This is a cute hotel in a nice part of the city.
The room had a bad smell of sewage. There was a very loud drunken party on the property that didn't want to leave. The hotel doesn't have a security system to take care of that. The receptionist promised a compliment for our discomfort, which wasn't provided.

The hotel organized the transfer from the airport and the next day to the bus station. The driver and the hotel worker were polite. The room was comfortable, the breakfast tasty and variable. I could have a rest after a long journey and leave them in good mood. Thank you.

The room was clean, the check in was available late in the evening without issues, the bed was comfortable. They offer a glass of wine on arrival. Even if the location is not central, there is a bus to move to the center.
The breakfast is very limited, with just soluble coffee included, no milk, no yogurt. No elevator to reach the venue.

The hotel is totally fine and clean. The breakfast is quite basic, but the pleasant bonus was the glass of wine upon our arrival. Location is quite good, there're restaurants and a supermarket nearby, 20 minutes of walk to the city center.
We didn't find the elevator in the hotel and the reception is on the 4th floor. Luckily, the receptionist helped us to lift the luggage.

"We arrived at Wine Hotel with hopes of a pleasant stay, but our experience fell far from ideal. From the outset, we encountered issues. Climbing to the fourth floor with a stroller and two suitcases, we were already prepared for the strenuous ascent, but we would have appreciated more assistance from the hotel staff in such situations. During check-in, we were greeted by an employee who, unfortunately, left much to be desired. Their lack of competence and disregard for guests' needs were evident. The room, in general, was acceptable, but it had worn-out furniture and a shabby table. Signs of wear and tear were also visible in the bathroom. We documented these issues and reported them at the front desk. One crucial aspect for us was the absence of a showerhead. Instead, there was a tropical shower, which was unsuitable for our young daughter. We had to wash her in the sink, which we found unacceptable for a hotel at this price point. When we expressed our dissatisfaction at the front desk, we were told that information about the tropical shower was mentioned on the booking website, but we couldn't find such information in the photos or descriptions. The offered compensation in the form of wine glasses and a one-hour late check-out did not address our concerns. Breakfast also left much to be desired. Many items we expected were unavailable, such as yogurt, which our young child typically consumes. In conclusion, Wine Hotel proved to be incompetent and not worth its price. Considering our experiences in many other hotels in Chisinau, we cannot recommend this hotel, especially for families with children."
