It is a basement floor, which has its own feel. Some furniture like lamps and shower start showing their age.

It was a very nice studio, clean and stylish
It was a bit cold and the heater was not working even after the owner came and tried to fix it. Eventually we put the AC on heating and it was fine.

Location was good! Grocery stores and a bank were close by. It is close to the main main parks, ballet, and art centers. Good for a few days!
Pictures of the actual building and where to meet for keys would have been super helpful. I walked around for 60 minutes and nobody knew where this place was...not even the hotel next door.

Very comfortable and quiet studio, excellent (for me) location. There is everything you need. Everything works, clean. No complaints. Very nice hostess. Will definitely come back here on my next visits to Chisinau
