Very well located. Decent breakfast although of basic quality and limited choice. Well sized rooms with interior door to reduce potential hall noise.
Very poor service: asked a room in the back that was confirmed prior arrival by manager message but got room just on street over the entrance. asked again during the stay... with no response to this request. Asked for clip hanger for suit and pants.... never got them. The room is decorated like a monk cell and cleaned once in a while. No drinkable water given while they indicate that tab water should not be drank. Animities not replaced in bathroom... Staff acts like bureaucrates but not like hospitality personnel. Overall this is comparable in comfort to a 2 stars hotel in Western Europe. A lot of improvement needed to become service oriented. A colleague of mine was at Gregory hotel also rated 4 stars but service there is what you expect from 4 stars!
