I had to stay just 12 hours, I didnt use anything around except bathroom and bed. Staff was friendly, called me taxi and met me in the middle of the night when I arrived. Ill come back again.

We needed a fast responded hotel with a private bathroom and the location near the main road to the airport. This is exactly the place. Good price comparing with other hotels. Big room, bed and bath. Silent place.
Cash only option is very uncommon for us. No places to have dinner around, need to walk away. It could be cleaner as well.

Mattress is old and bent. Lot's of things in bathroom are broken (bath handle, toilet seat, shower holder). Only one accessible electric socket in a room.

Nice cordial staff and affordable budget prices. Access to kitchen and other facilities. Nice ample room with mini fridge and nice comfortable bed. 24hr desk service if you go out to the city late and have to come back in the middle of the night
There were many mosquitoes in the bedroom and had to wake up several times at night to kill them. Perhaps they can add some sieves to the windows to prevent them from getting in. There was a strange smell when I entered the room, perhaps they can buy some scent diffusers or room sprays to fix this. It is a little bit long to walk all the way to the main street (about 2 or 3 blocks) where you can take the public transport so you are almost obligated to take a Yandex taxi if you don't want to walk that much.

Large rooms, good bed, large bathroom. In quite area with lots of trees. Close to restaurants, and markets.
Payment only in cash local curency, no card is accepted. Acces is difficult to find.

Htel kitchen not working at all. The hotel is located next to the stadium inside the microdistrict, it is difficult to find the location.
