A very spacious place, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen. Very clean and mostly in good condition, we had some issues with some equipment but all were quickly addressed by maintenance stuff Nice location, walking distance to the city centre, close to the big green park with various kids attractions , there is a big supermarket in the building and a huge shopping centre nearby.
Adding some basic cleaning tools would be beneficial, it's hard to keep the place clean for a week (especially with kids) without even cleaning mop..

Clean and neat
Details: supposed to supply soaps some yes but not enough for the complete stay. Soap container for the shower was a miss fit. as it had the wrong pump assembly and was unable to screw it down and secure the lid area, This is a cheap fix. Towels enough for one day one set for two people only I am not there to do the properties laundry. These are small details but make a difference.

The location was excellent, outskirts of the city centre which was a 15 min walk. The traffic noise was as expected for a large city but on the 8th floor was not a problem. The apartment is modern, well appointed, large spacious and lots of natural light. Two balconies and furnished with a modern style.
The air conditioning did not work which as not an issue for me as I don't really like it but if it is important to you make sure you ask them.

Very Good
Owner is really friendly and had a good communication with him. Really good location with a big market, money changers and farmacy on the ground floor. Public transport is next to the building. Few restaurants on the ground floor. Definitely would recommend.
It is really a big challenge to find parking place, but it is a problem everywhere around Cishinau
