ugly furnished room, incomplete furniture (has chairs but no table), small and dirty bathroom, dirty parquet floor.

Position is convenient, staff was nice. I found my room very clean, but during the stay none clean it.
- air conditioning not present in my room despite was in the listing, during the heat wave (37C). Ive asked through the chat about it, none answered my request. - no cleaning services during the stay.

Great location. Thats all.
None of the receptionists spoke English! Around 20:00, the main door is locked so you have to wait outside or call them. The room had no hairdryer, the balcony was catastrophical (dirty, destroyed, dangerous.) The shower was disaster, the water sprayed everywhere.

The location was good, as was the check-in procedure.
The hotel seems to be falling apart, the balcony was extremely unsafe, and water spilled all over the bathroom when taking a shower. The beds were small and uncomfortable. The elevator also seemed old and unsafe. Major investment is needed to make this hotel even remotely acceptable.

Great hotel. My room smelt a little bit like cigarettes but apart from that everything was fantastic. We were given a very early check in at 6:00am which was great after a long overnight bus to chisinau.

We were lucky to find a place to stay
It was quite an old hotel, you could see yourself in Soviet Union. Someone may like this kind of romantism, but not for that kind of money I think. Though the price increase might be due to the stream of refugees from Ukraine, and we were one of them. But was it really a good time to earn money?

I enjoyed the soviet time feeling the building gave you as I didn't stay in this kind of hotel before. The room was alright, there was a shop downstairs to buy coffee from and the supermarket was close. Parking was easily accessible nearby and free. The price was good for the location of the hotel.
The bed was comfortable and there were only little things that could be improved. The sheets had a tear in team, the toilet paper holder and the shower head was a bit broken. But, we didn't have any issue using the facilities.

The location is quite good. Not too far away from the cathedral and the two parks. I was not expecting too much from a 2 stars hotel - but I did pay 11 euros per day more to get a refurbished room (because the old rooms are very very old). Had no breakfast. And you cannot complain - the price is very low.
I did choose hotel Turist because in the description they mention a deposit box. But there is NO safe or deposit box in the room! The hotel should change the description. And there WAS NO WIFI in my room. I guess you have wifi only at the lobby or in other common rooms... But in 2021 there SHOULD BE wifi IN the room. Well, I bought a price plan for my cell phone - like 4 dollars for 30 GB data - that was enough for 1 week (used 25 GB... :-) ).
