This a pensione, family style accommodation adjoining the owners. Very private with a lovely garden. The location is close to the market, close to the bus station and easy walking distance to most of the sites & public park/gardens. Close to restaurants and the big hotels.

Great location, nice owner...
In winter they keep the heat on very very low and you have no control over it., You must sleep in your clothes to stay warm. Usually if I'm paying for a hotel, it's expected to be warm!

clean towels and linens, private parking
no possibility to pay with a card, no heating (very cold in the room), no cold water (not possible to take a shower or to use a toilet) - looks like temporary problems but nevertheless. the total impression is bad.
