The breakfast was provided in the restaurant in front of hotel and it was not Swiss table style but we could order from menu one thing and + one coffee or water, nothing more one had to pay, which is very strange

24/7 reception. Modern and clean hotel
No hot water in a shower - just a bit warm Breakfast by menu (1 hot drink, 1 dish) starts after 8 am and you need ar 20 min to wait your order, which is not convenient when you need to catch a morning bus or plane

The front recpetion was staffed all the time. The room was warm and clean. I liked the price. There were Christmas lights hang from the hotel accross the street, stretching towards the restaurant in front.
1. The room was half empty, it looked as if someone had removed a sofa or a table (see picture attached). 2. When I took a shower, as soon as I touched the shower head to spray some water, the shower rail fell off; luckily I did not get hurt. The hotel staff took care of the issue sameday. 3. There was also a leak under the sink, which the staff fixed promptly as well. I was expecting a 4 star accommodation (as it was advertised on Booking.com), in reality it was a regular 3 star. The first day, with all the above mentioned problems, it gave me the feeling the room hadn't been used for a while.

We had an apartment (2 rooms connected each with its own bathroom) and it was exactly what we needed. The rooms are very large, the beds comfortable and everything was very clean
Limited options for breakfast, small portions and very long time of waiting to be served (it's not a buffet, you choose from a fix menu and then you're served at the table)

It was clean, quiet and the rooms were spacious. Also it had two bathrooms fully stocked.
Breakfast was at 9 in the weekend and it was at the restaurant across the street. Breakfast only contains one type of coffee and a main course the rest you have to pay (even for water). Another problem with the breakfast was that being a la carte it took a while to get your meals and many people were upset because of the delays.

Staff is kindly,room is clean,very quiet.
When I want to check in,there is no staff at reception.I am waited more than 20mins. No elevator,it’s very inconvenient to me,because I have injured in my knee. Breakfast is offered by a restaurant opposite the hotel.Tasty is ok,but not good as buffet.

The hotel was ok. The rooms were big and the beds were comfortable. It was a short walk to the city center, but it wasn't too far. There was a small problem with the showers. The breakfast wasn't a buffet, but it was quite good. The breakfast only included coffee, you had to pay extra for juice. Overall, a pretty ok hotel.

Very good breakfasts in the restaurant opposite the street. Rooms large, spacious, bathrooms nice.
The only minus was the problem with the people at the reception who were not available for many hours (when you needed something you had to solve it yourself or wait for several hours).
