Nice hotel with very well kept grounds. While I was unable to take advantage of the swimming pools, they added to the ambiance of the hotel. The bed was comfortable and the room cozy, but well apportioned.
I wish there had been an empty refrigerator for my use instead of a well stocked mini-bar which I did not make use of. The hotel is a bit of a walk from most of the locations that I was visiting, so I got more exercise than I had expected.

the lowest level of caring about the needs of customers from the administration side I met in years. all 3 day we were asking to fix the hot water and nobody came to us even once. Same story with the non working phone. So every time to ask something we needed to go to the different building to talk with administrator that was redirecting the questions without solving it.
