Stayed in this hotel multiple times, always clean and comfortable. The staff has been very helpful and most pleasant!
The shower cabins are rather old, with glued parts and cracks, and need to be replaced. Water pressure isnt strong enough

The hotel is very nicely located, it is in the very center of Chisinau and within an easy walk to various central locations. The room was comfy and clean. The breakfast was ok.
No water was provided in the rooms, so to offer a complimentary bottle of water would have been nice

Excellent staff, very helpful and kind. Nice and spacious rooms. Bathrooms very clean and well equipped. Good minibar selections, some of the best wines of Moldova at reasonable prices.
The mattress was too soft. Sensation of sinking into the bed and not able to sleep well due to that. Challenging to pull up my 30 kilo suitcase in the middle of the night over the several stairs before reaching reception. During day time on checkout there was a gentleman staff at the door who volunteered to help bring the suitcase down very kindly. The toilet was in a very crunched corner behind the shower glass wall with almost no leg space in front of the seat. Had to sit with legs expanded.

The location is in the center next to a walk awayvery nice restaurants around the hotel. The hotel rooms are great.
There is no other service except rooms in the hotel. Center location forces to reserve additional time for transportation as the traffic around the center is congested.
