nothing the sleeping bed was broken not comfortable at all 9 days I sleep in floor
the appointment was old not as the photo at all the bed was not comfortable at all I was need to sleep in floor for 9 days better really not good experience at all the lady ask money cash in hand for late check out and when I said to do it by booking to clear she refuse

I stayed in the apt on the 1st floor. The location is excellent. Few supermarkets are near by, the bazar is also close. The apt was very clean. The toilet is separate from the bathroom - a great advantage. The apt is quiet, most windows view an inner courtyard. The wifi was excellent. The bed was good. They have a cheap transfer service to the airport - very convenient.
The apt is very good, but the management is not ... 1. We didn't get the apt we ordered - the owner said "you got a better apt". Maybe, but I saw both apt on the site (they have the same price), and chose the other one, on the 5th floor. Advise: avoid owners that offer more than one apt. 2. On arrival, we paid in euros the amount the owner asked - after few days he noticed that he had a minor mistake (that we need to add 20 euros), and instead of apologizing, blamed us ... unpleasant. 3. Clogging in the shower - the old woman that lives near by and gave us the keys said she cant help us, and so is the owner. 4. The electric kettle didn't work. 5. Hairdryer was missing, but they brought one in few hours. All these are minor thing, I still recommend this apt, hoping the management will slightly improve.

The accommodation deserves rate 8 but because great communication with host I'm giving one rate higher. Place is spacious and clean. Internet works good.
Woman that gave us keys didn't speak English. But manager who does handle reservations speaks English perfectly. TV could be updated (it's old cathode), Whole place looked a bit old. Couch is very uncomfortable. At nigh it's quite noisy because of elevator.

Decent modern apartment at a good location. Takes about 15 - 20 mins to walk to the center. Public transport (bus, minibus) nearby. Free public parking on the road and finding a parking spot was not difficult. The bed in the bedroom was okay, but the sofa bed in the common room was not comfortable to sleep. Air-conditioner (AC) only in the common room, not in bedroom. Bedroom only had a stand fan. Small and decent balcony. Kitchen was adequate. Supermarkets and many restaurants nearby. The person on phone spoke English, but the person who handed us the keys and showed us the apartment didn't speak a word of English. Otherwise check-in and check-out was easy. We asked for an early check-in and it was provided without a fee. Payment in cash only
The apartment was otherwise well insulated, but the sound of the building lift was too much to handle, specially at night and early morning. Each time someone used the lift, you would almost wake up from sleep. The pillows were too high and not comfortable. Air-conditioner (AC) was leaking with water on floor. Someone entered the apartment when we were away and didn't inform us in advance

Stayed here twice before and defenetely will book this apartment again. As always very comfortable and clean, fresh towels and linens, very kind and plesant owner. Late check-out for free. Good Wi-Fi. Very quite place. My colleagues are very pleased. September we will return here again, cheers and thanks!

The lady who meet us was very very rude and she was unhappy we having kids with us ( even when u book you write how many kids are with you and their ages )she start with lots of rules for example dont run , dont shout , dont touch the walls , dont make noise as she has issue with downstairs neighbours . When she saw us with kids she get crazy and started please tell kids to not touch the chairs , doors , glass table , move the vase she was soooo unwelcome and unpleasant .... and we pay 30 is very good money to sleep on a sofa ... if you want to rent this place avoid it !!! In chisinau there are lots of better people and places to stay...the flat itself was dirty ( u could tell nobody live there at list 1-2 months ) the bed shits was dirty and scary to touch ... bathroom with half toilet role .. and almost everything she say to not touch ))) so we actually come out and get back only for sleep and left earlier in the morning just to not see her again ... the parking place is secured by a automatic gate she doesnt have a key for it so we carry our bags all the way round home as taxi couldnt get inside ... tv remote didnt had batteries so we couldnt benefit from tv even .. never ever will rent this flat again...
