Room was very very dirty, even a used towel was lying on the floor, and half a lemon was in the fridge, toiletpaper was empty at arrival. It was a semibasement with a window to the sidewalk of a busy street, and the smell made me sick in the stomach, so for all the nights I had to book different hotels.

The property was not as advertised. The receptionist walked me from the Bella Donna To a far apartment. They didnt answer my phone calls. They dont speak English! They didnt supply soap and clean towels! The most disgusting people and place in the entire world Ive travelled extensively, yet have never ever encountered such crappy people and place I had to leave a night earlier just to avoid psychological damageI couldnt stand it anymore I technically had to beg them to get the wifi name AND ILL NEVER EVER BOOK WITH: booking.com

There wasn't anything that I liked
Room is awful, has stale smell of cigarettes (though we are not smokers), bed and sofa are in worst conditions, we were in three - no sheets were in the room for third person, really cold room.
Don't recommend that place to stay at all.

The room was absolutely dark, poorly ventilated, with broken furniture and had no windows and wasn't ready for our arrival. The staff was unprepared. I wasn't offered the apartment that I paid for, instead of 2 beds we only received a single uncomfortable bed in which we had to struggle to sleep.

There was a strong cigarette smell, even worse in the bathroom. The toilet lid was also broken and removable. The shower booth is of a split type, but only half of it was in operation and water leaked through between door and booth body . It's underground and there's an empty cement space outside the window.
No or less heating feel cold.

AC was nice.
Dirty floor. Very dirty shower. Missing door in shower cabin. Hole in a chair in room. Hole in a door between shower and room. Overall very dirty. Not worth even half of the price.

The place was very close to most of the locations that we needed, the bed was pretty nice, in the room we had AC and a big big mirror. Also we had a fridge and some other facilities.
I saw signs that the place havent been cleaned before us, I found hair on the floor and the bathroom floor was messy. Also, the photos portraid the place much better than it was, the bathroom mirror was cracked, the bathroom sink was starting to rust and it had a very unpleasant aspect. The shower door was malfuntioning, and it had a curtain that took the place of the door. Far from what was expected.

There was lots spiders and unusual looking insects. Some areas didnt had a proper cleaning for years!
