This was my first stop on a two month journey through Morocco and I was very lucky to choose such a beautiful stay.
My room was spotless to begin with and cleaned everyday (fresh towels, bed made). There is a very generous breakfast which you may enjoy in the dining room or the garden. Though I did not use it myself, there is pool and a hammam available. Yousef is ready with ideas for any activity and can arrange a driver or tour guide with one phone call.
A right turn out the door will lead you to the Medina and Kasbah complex. A left turn out the door will take you to restaurants, the marina and beach.

I absolutely loved this incredible oasis in Tangier. It's one of the coolest places I've ever stayed in my global travels.
Youssef and the staff went above and beyond to make my experience comfortable. They are so kind, and I wish I could have stayed longer. My experience there was a standout!

Miami Calpe is a bit magical - a hidden oasis of trees and birds in the middle of a bustling city. Lovely, attentive staff, clean traditional rooms and proximity to the Kasbah, Medina and ferry port.
The beds were a little hard but that’s subjective.

This property was amazing!!!! We stayed in the guest house in the back of the property above the pool overlooking all of downtown tangier. The gardens in this property are magnificent. I loved the vines of bougainvillea all over our porch. The Hammam spa experience was the best Hammam I have ever been to. And the dinners were home cooked extremely fresh. The staff here are an 11/10. Extremely helpful and great at their jobs. This is an Oasis in the middle of downtown and walkable to amazing sites like the Medina. I highly recommend staying here if you ever go to tangier.

What’s not to love about the Mimi Calpe?! It’s a fabulous property with gardens everywhere and little sitting areas. A gorgeous pool at the top of the hill that overlooks the bay of tanger. The rooms are private and beautiful. And the staff are phenomenal. Karim, Youssef and Zorah were fabulous FUN hosts!
Depending on what room you’re in you might have to deal with a slight plumbing smell.

Love the charm and ambiance of the Villa. It had such great character and the staff couldn’t have been more attentive or kind. Loved the Hamam as well. the beds were super comfortable and loved the location too.

The pool area was nice
Had to pay for parking (about $10/day) a little walk away. No ac. Expensive but I think all of tangier is and this place has a pool.
The Medina is a big uphill walk.

Last stop on the trip and what a punctuation. I received incredible hospitality and warmth from manager Youssef and Buzidi. Both are so accommodating, kind and attentive.
Stunning lush gardens blanket the property with plenty of sunny alcoves to enjoy the views of Tangier or cool off in the pool. Delicious dinner served at the property complete with Moroccan creme brule.
Thank you Mimi Calpe team for making my last hours in Morocco so enjoyable! 5+ stars!

Fantastic staff, Yourself and Karim are fabulous hosts and problem solvers. The entire property needs updating, rooms were shoddy with bedside lights missing, exposed wiring, nowhere to put luggage,bathrooms didn't have hand showers, one had a shower where the cold water didn't work, so it was scalding hot ( at least there was hot water, says you), mould, rot in the bathrooms. Outdoor seating almost dangerous, falling apart. A shame, as a beautiful, romantic place, unfortunately not being upkept. For this price a true rip-off!!!
Upkeep of entire place a shambles!! Terrible waste of a beautiful place.
