The location is ideal
We had to wait later than 3:00 pm to get checked in, our room did not have towels
The room was smaller than the picture and the beds super small

The smell was so good in the hotel but not in the room, the staff are kind and welcoming
There was no air conditioning and it was hot, also the late of our check in, there was a bit bad smell in the room WC and the swimming pool was not clean

Very friendly and professional staff. Really enjoyed all our interactions with all of the hotel employees! Amazing location right across from the beach. Great swimming pool which both I and my daughter enjoyed! Wide variety of different F&B options. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable!
Bulk toiletry dispensers were all empty (shampoo, body wash etc) and the holders were sharp and of rusted metal.
Check in took a long time (no check in prior to 3pm).
All additional services (F&B etc), whilst reasonably priced needs to be paid for immediately on consumption i.e no charging back to the room and paying on check out.

Although the room is kind of small، the property is fine.
Services. The staff are not very responsive. A/C can’t be lowered below 24 degC. I was sweating.

The pool & ocean view of room
No breakfast included. With the cost of the room, breakfast should have been included. Also the fridge in the room was not cooling enough and no coffee machine was available.
