The location was fab and the lady at the conceirge on our last day was wonderful .
We had issues all along from the day we arrived the ac , light was an issue .it took more than 2 hrs and after repetitive complaints for then to change the room . Then when the room was changed we had an issue with the bathroom and they wouldn't give us extra towels.
We never received the 2nd bathrobe as well .

I do not believe this hotel deserves a 4-star rating, as it fails to meet even the basic standards expected of such establishments. My experience was very disappointing. I was unable to sleep until 5 AM due to excessive noise from neighboring guests — the soundproofing is virtually nonexistent.
When I requested basic amenities such as slippers and a toothbrush from reception and guest relations, I was told they were not available in the hotel. This is unacceptable for a hotel claiming to be 4 stars. I’ve stayed in many hotels, and this is the first time I’ve encountered such a lack of essential items.
Additionally, the towels provided were stained and appeared unclean, and there was a leak in the bathroom that made the experience even worse. I had originally planned to stay for more than three nights, but due to these issues, I decided to leave early and will not be returning to Kenzi Solazur
