I had a wonderful stay in Tangier. The hotel was pleasant, clean, and well-located. I especially want to thank Hajar at reception for her professionalism, kindness, and warm welcome. A big thank you also to Jamila from housekeeping for her excellent work, helpfulness, and smile.

Location was great, close to the train station/mall, abt five min walk and also short walk from the beachside to hang out in the evening. Staff was efficient and friendly.

The price for the additional night was higher than expected.
Additionally, my request for two separate beds was not accommodated, despite being clearly specified during the booking. This was particularly surprising, as a school group that booked only a few days prior was provided with rooms with separate beds. Given that this was not my first stay, I was disappointed that my needs were not met.

I did communicate with the hotel through Booking.com. I will ask them for early check-in. They didn’t reply until today. That’s when I arrived there like they said the chicken salsa 2 pm and I told them it’s already 12 pm and I arrived early from the airport. I need to get the room then they asked me for almost €18 for early chicken so if you are planning to go there for early check-in, please keep with you €18. Or 200 Moroccan dirham I have never seen any hotel who is asking money for early check-in they should be nice and flexible with the customers who arrive earlier. So if you’re planning to go earlier to this hotel don’t ever make your reservation because or you need to have extra €80 give that in your mind.

The Room looks dated, needs some renovations to look not aged. Ibis in Casablanca in comparison is better condition room. the condition in the room in tangier although nice, does look worn out.

The hotel location is great, within walking distance from the train station.
Reception staff was great and very accommodating.
The room was very dark, with only one small window, made worse by dark grey walls. The heater did not work, and cleanliness was poor, the room & floor felt dirty and sticky (you basically have to keep your sneakers on).
The power outlet is located near the window and far from the bed. No water bottles, no tissues, and shower amenities were not refilled.
Overall, the room felt more like a motel, yet it was priced like a proper hotel. Cleaning staff seemed uncoordinated, with multiple knocks asking the same questions. Reception staff, however, was great and very accommodating.
This place is acceptable as a last-minute, one-night stay if there’s no other option.
