Excellent location—most sightseeing places are nearby and easily accessible.
Common/shared toilet was consistently very clean.
Room includes a wash basin and shower.
Good restaurants and coffee shops in vicinity.
Hotel is not accessible by car; taxi drops you about 800 meters away.
The walk to the hotel is uphill and the path is uneven, making it difficult, especially with luggage.
Family room does not have a private toilet.
Lack of clear information during booking about the shared/common toilet with family room.

The hotel is in an amazing location right on the main square in the medina, close to many restaurants, cafés, and shops.
The room had everything we needed, and the staff were very kind and helpful throughout our stay.
I can highly recommend this place.

We liked the staff as they were really friendly and helpful during our short stay. When we needed anything such as directions or taxis they were more than happy to be of service.
The location was brilliant, right in the heart of the old town so lots of restaurants and shops nearby.
We didn't like the mould in the room and it smelled heavily of bleach when we entered the room. The window opened right onto the street so lots and lots of noise until early hours of the morning.

I had such a terrible time at this hotel. The toilet was stinky( couldn't breathe inside it). No cold water in the toilet (only extremely hot water which is insane). The person at the reception was not taking our claims seriously, we came for leisure not to wait for the plumber to come fix the water issue in the toilet, in addition to that he said : " if you didn't pay online I would have given your money and you can leave if you don't like it". How irresponsible and unprofessional, so basically I traveled for hours and spent so much money, giving me this solution as it's easy to change from a hotel to another during the summer which is a peak period.
Not to mention that the room was not ready and had to wait outside for a while even we came hours after the indicated time for the check-in.
All in all, I truly don't recommend you this hotel especially if you're taking the room with the balcony in the 4th floor as we did. We had such a terrible time there and we hated it.

The hotel is very well located in the center of old medina, on the most important street. Balcony also has a great view of medina & a partial view of sea
The staff member at the check-in & check-out was very disrespectful
Furthermore, our private bathroom had a very bad smell that lasted all day

The location is very central, which is very convenient.
Staff is friendly and helpful.
It’s super noisy, every night I could not sleep till 3:30-4 am.
There are common bathrooms and they are cleaned only 1 time per day, which is not enough.

Location.
Room nr. 13. With a balcony.
Has tiny window, like 25% of the average, facing cluttered "roof terrace". Balcony: THERE IS NO BALCONY. Its a place on the roof they call so, not attached to room.
Walls are super thin. So you hear everything. So you will need luck with neighbours.
Taxi. Dont go for the hotel offered taxi. Use the cream color taxi for going to the airport with set price or use app.

Little hotel in the center of Tanger Medina. The location is very good and the relation quality-price also. However is not the most beautiful hotel in which I stayed in Marocco, but for the price is completely acceptable and valuable!
