The room service was really good and the price was high value. Location good. We stayed 1 week and was really good.

Wonderful
We loved Chellah hotel. Looks like the bar it's a local's favorite, so have a great vibe. We didn't intent to spent time into the hotel, but the place, mostly the bar and the pool area, it posses a charm that you can't ignore. So we seated to have a digestive after dinner in a near restaurant. Pay attention to the amazing panel wood and doors of the restaurant and to the old posters hanging near to the reception area and in the first floor corridor. The night bellboy is such a character -really, you can imagine the guy is a creation of one of the many writers that had lived in Tangier. Unfortunately, didn't ask his name.
And the neighborhood, oh God, such a beauty area. Amazing.
Our room was comfortable and clean.
Well, breakfast was awful. They can do better.

My room was clean and comfortable. Location is also very good.
WiFi literally didn’t work. We didn’t have any internet at all. Staff unwillingly gave password but it didn’t work and they said unfortunately we can’t do anything, internet is poor here.
When I asked anything basic, they said okay we will bring, but they didn’t. I all the time needed to go down, remind them and their face was reluctant.
Food at the restaurant was not good.
When I went to restaurant I couldn’t find anyone that could help me order. There wasn’t any air and people were watching football, very disengaged towards the customer.
Most importantly, they don’t speak English. Even the word “hot water”.

I had a wonderful view of the pool and court yard with live music every night. The staff is so kind and helpful. Close to stores and restaurants.
The bed was a little firm for me. But I do like it softer than many!

This has a retro feel about the place but was really good value. We loved the pool area and the gardens. It was quick to the beach and loads of places to eat near by and in the hotel. The room was a classic 3 star with a good tv and nice bathroom. Close Walk to Medina as well!
