The staff at the Tanger Hilton was top notch. Our evening meal on the 13th floor at the authentic Moroccan restaurant 56 was outstanding! The wait staff was very insightful, charming and attentive. Breakfast was fantastic, so many choices and the cook to order omelettes hit the spot. Our entire experience at the Tanger Hilton was one of our best international experiences yet.
The rooms could use USB plug in access for phones and electronic devices. We did bring an international adapter but it was a bit of a clumsy experience. The smoking allowed in Kaz Bar was bit intrusive, maybe a better ventilation system in the area would help. There is also an outside patio area that could be used as an alternative area for those that need to smoke.

If you want to be in the modern Part of Tangier this is the Place for you. Pool in the Rooftop, exzellent breakfast buffet on the 15. floor, spacey rooms and very friendly personal. Lots of international Restaurants in the area if you had enough Tagines and Couscous

Hilton upgraded me at checkin. We are very appreciative of it. Huge room, high floor, spacious bathroom, clean, stable WiFi, delicious room service, polite staff…. everything u wld expect from a 5-star hotel.
Water from shower easily spills out to the bathroom floor.

Really lovely
The only things that I wasn’t happy about was in the washrooms whenever I’m taking a shower there was some water flowing out and I was always paying attention to be careful but even thought it was always the case I wish that can get reviewed and fixed it and also on the TV Netflix wasn’t included on The TV which is too bad For a Five stars hotel but you can get used to it but i wish if it can be added

It’s exactly what I expected from Hilton, great hospitality and facilities. But it’s worth staying more than one night to enjoy it. This was a stop in between cities for me and it was so nice to have such a restful experience. The views are really nice as well. I was there
There were no towels in the room and no bath robe. The staff were responsive but (understandable) they took a bit over 20 minutes to bring the towels. Since I stayed only one night, this delayed my bedtime and ended up going to bed quite late.

We unfortunately had a water issue during our stay which the staff tried to fix . There was a leak so water was muddy for a day or so with repeated hot water issues . Perhaps it’s also an old hotel and needs maintenance

It was fabulous. Location, food, room, staff. A must-book for anyone visiting Tangier. Other hotels in Morocco need to learn from them. I am staying at Eden Andalou (Marriott)in Marrakech at the moment, if I could refund my booking I would do it in a heartbeat and move to a Hilton.

The room is spacious but My room no views at all
I was there with my wife without the mariage certificate and we had to take 2 rooms. The Supervisor at the front desk was condescending explaining that morocco is a muslim country and my wife is a lawyer and told her that this is not a law it is a Hotel law to rent more rooms.
