Nice hotel, a little cheaper than the Regular Hilton 100 meters/yards away, and a block from the train station (I arrived by train from Casablanca). Very good breakfast buffet, and the dinner buffet was $$ but very good and had free traditional musicians playing during Holy Month of Ramadan.
They weren't that crowded. so gave me a cool view of the Sea with Spain in the distance.
A bit far from the Medina.

Service was excellent from all staff, particularly Maha from reception and Ibrahim from the restaurant.
Good location 5 mins walk from train station and next to the mall and short walk to the beach.
Gym was fully equipped.

Location was very central and right opposite the train station. Breakfast was very good. The concierge was super helpful in securing a local taxi for me to reach the medina in the evening.

Location
Ice machines are not working!! Called front desk to send some ice, took 40 mins to get the ice. Called the night staff 3-4 times to get the ice. Disgusting behaviour! When we were checking in, there was only 2 person working, waited almost 15 mins in the queue to check in.
