We we awakened by the security guard in the middle of the night to move our car and make way for a truck.
It turns out the parking guard wanted to make more money and park the truck in front of him instead of our car.

I booked this place the same day I was supposed to come.
Even íf they were flagged as pet friendly, I double checked if it was ok to come with my dog.
After a long drive (over 2000 Km) I arrived in at their address. The place is under renovation, I knocked on the glass and on the door, but nobody answered me.
I talked with car guardian in front of the building, and he said that normally they always have someone to welcome late check-ins.
I tried to call the numbers I have been given, and send them messages, but no one answered.

In short, I don't recommend it to anyone. The only thing I liked about it is its location. Nothing else.
Internet, furniture, kitchen not equipped, TV, lighting, no toiletries. All of that was way below standard, and the price was way overrated.

Disappointing
The apartment was clean..
For the price that I paid was expensive.. didn't include breakfast and no facilities such as a swimming pool and wasn't near a beach.
The toilet seat was small and was broken! Being in a muslim country .. toilet should have bidet shower (handheld bidet) شطافة which they didn't have in their toilet!!
We were family of 5 .. it had 1 double bed and all sofabed in the sitting room, which wasn't comfortable at all!!
The wifi was free but kept disconnecting!! The TV was very small compared to the size of the sitting room. And was mounted away from the seating area next to the bathroom.. which found it very awkward.
Also, they should have provided at least 3 bottles of water for free, but they charged us 3 Dirhams for a very small bottle when we bought a big bottle for 5 Dirham!!
We were. charged so much for 1 night for this apartment.. we paid £132.00 when I think this should have been only £70.
I would like to request a part refund!

The owner of the property was not honest.
We booked for 2 appartement and we get one. Even I conform the booking for the 2 appartement the day before. When we arrived.

The apartment was clean, very well-equipped
During the day the place is very, very noisy, there were some construction work in the building, so you constantly keep hearing people shouting and moving heavy objects around. For someone looking for a calm place, this annoyed me a lot.

We travelled with a car so the location was perfect. Not in the center and close to Marjane and all sorts of shops. The appartement was really big.
We found 5 small/baby cockroaches during our stay. Also there was no towel to dry the plates and other things with once we washed them. The wifi signal we had only in one spot in the appartment.

Great location. Modern accomodation.
We had to smash over 50 mosquitos. Until 3 am we were non-stop bitten. Without this, the rating would have been exceptional. Keep the windows closed or have a mosquito net.
Apart from this, fantastic accomodation.
