Very Good
Good location and view to the sea. Spacious room. Nice breakfast. Overall a very comfortable stay.
The infrastructure though is new needs regular maintenance. In the bathroom most of things were broken or not properly working

The kitchen had a sink that didn't drain, a microwave that didn't turn on, and hardly any of the necessary cooking equipment.

The breakfast was the only thing that I would like to mention, as I ate a type of cheesy pancake and when i asked for another one, one waitress told me that they will prepare another one for me, and she never returned.

It’s cross from the ocean, which is nice. Breakfast staff were very good.
Disappointing experience. My first room had an awful smell and loud noise from above starting at 6 AM. Omayma at the front desk promised to change it, that took 2 days. I had to walk around with staff for an hour and a half just to inspect options, only to end up in a room with no balcony (which my original room had).
She said it’s all booked. I checked booking there was availability.
I spent the next few days at Noreba right next door. It was slightly more expensive, but the experience was perfect 10/10. Save yourself the frustration and book Noreba instead

I stayed 3nights and booked junior suite!
The first night the room was not well cleaned and was nightmare for me due to heavy dust on the floor and sides of the bed which raised my allergy.
Raised a complain on the second day then they cleaned all the room.
The worst part of this hotel that the AC in corridor is not working and they asked me to open the bedroom door so the air will ventilate in the corridor.
Sorry for me this experience will not repeat and I suggest all every person to not go with pictures!

I really like the view both from the hotel rooms and the restaurant. It is quite breathtaking. The staff are so friendly and cooperative. The location of the hotel is unmatched. It is close to the beach and the train station which is a big bonus.

I like the toon and the maintenance team and the kitchen staff.
There were two elevators in the facility. The first one is consistently out of service, the other one is not working probably and get out of service as well. The garage’s door is not opening and needs attention.

The location of the hotel and the breakfast included.
Our stay was disappointing from the start. During check-in, all guests were required to show IDs, and even though the reservation was under one person’s name, we were charged extra for additional guests, which was unexpected. The parking garage is extremely tight with very small spaces, making parking difficult. Access to the hotel is inconvenient, as we often had to wait more than 10 minutes for someone to open the garage gate, which also frequently gets stuck and does not open properly. For a four-star hotel, the lack of amenities is unacceptable. There is no coffee or coffee machine in the room, no tissues, or paper towel and we did not initially have toilet paper and had to request it. The room also has a sliding door that does not function at all. Despite placing the “Do Not Disturb” sign, housekeeping repeatedly knocked and entered our room while we were sleeping, which was very disturbing and unprofessional. Elevator access is also very restrictive; when parking in the garage, guests must stop at the front desk level to receive permission to go up or down, and the room key cards do not work for the elevator at all, making movement within the hotel inconvenient. Overall, the experience did not meet the standards expected of a four-star property.
