I really like the view both from the hotel rooms and the restaurant. It is quite breathtaking. The staff are so friendly and cooperative. The location of the hotel is unmatched. It is close to the beach and the train station which is a big bonus.

I like the toon and the maintenance team and the kitchen staff.
There were two elevators in the facility. The first one is consistently out of service, the other one is not working probably and get out of service as well. The garage’s door is not opening and needs attention.

The location of the hotel and the breakfast included.
Our stay was disappointing from the start. During check-in, all guests were required to show IDs, and even though the reservation was under one person’s name, we were charged extra for additional guests, which was unexpected. The parking garage is extremely tight with very small spaces, making parking difficult. Access to the hotel is inconvenient, as we often had to wait more than 10 minutes for someone to open the garage gate, which also frequently gets stuck and does not open properly. For a four-star hotel, the lack of amenities is unacceptable. There is no coffee or coffee machine in the room, no tissues, or paper towel and we did not initially have toilet paper and had to request it. The room also has a sliding door that does not function at all. Despite placing the “Do Not Disturb” sign, housekeeping repeatedly knocked and entered our room while we were sleeping, which was very disturbing and unprofessional. Elevator access is also very restrictive; when parking in the garage, guests must stop at the front desk level to receive permission to go up or down, and the room key cards do not work for the elevator at all, making movement within the hotel inconvenient. Overall, the experience did not meet the standards expected of a four-star property.

This place is very close to beach and we had sea facing room booked. The view was breathtaking from our room. You have almost everything at walking distance. It is also close to Tangier train station, however it is not close to airport.
We only stayed for 1 night and it was worth it. The morning breakfast had good variety and they make omelettes on demand as well ?
One of the elevators was in maintenance so it was long wait time for going up or down. Apart from this everything else was perfect.

Everything was amazing!!! The room had a huge balcony with an extraordinary view over the beach. The breakfast was simple but delicious, just try the msemen! The staff was so nice and warm. Loved this place!

Well the location is great, the room was clean and spacious
First of all, the person in the reception was rude and was asking for illegal documents, he asked us for our marriage certificate while it is illegal to ask in the Moroccan law as part of personal privacy. On top of that he could have just read in our IDs that we were married to each other (our IDs literally have the name of the spouse). He insisted until I told him that I could sue him for what he was asking and that if he's not happy he could call the police.

Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff gave us an ocean view on check in as they had availability and we were here before peak season.
Google translate was needed to communicate with some hotel staff. This was just because we did not speak Arabic.
