We had a very pleasant experience at the hotel. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were welcoming and professional. A special mention to the person responsible for bookings, who was extremely polite and helpful throughout the process. We were also very impressed that our room was ready upon arrival — even before 11:15 AM — which made our check-in smooth and stress-free. The room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and everything was well-prepared for our stay. We also really enjoyed the pool — it was clean, calm, and perfect for relaxing. Thank you for the excellent service. We look forward to coming back! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to stay.

my stay was absolutely delightful . the hotel itself is tunning with beautiful pool views and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful making me feel truly welcome specially CHAIMA and NAJWA . I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable experience

Lovely quite hotel to relax. Friendly staffs that are always ready to help. It was absolutely amazing! The views are stunning, rooms - luxurious, staff - very friendly especially Mr ANAS and Mr Karim ! One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in!

The hotel is quiet, clean, and the courtyard is beautiful. The staff were also extremely helpful especially my personal concierge Kenza.
It was too far to walk to the center of the city but that did make for a quiet night! I wish the breakfast had more gluten free options, especially plain yoghurt and cut up fresh fruit.

it is located at a good area, near many restaurants.
The hotel certainly did not meet my expectations. I used the front desk service to book some activities, but they don’t accept credit cards—only cash. There’s an ATM available with a 10% fee. 10%? Is this a casino or something? The Wi-Fi is terrible; it only works in the common areas. It may take you a few minutes to complete a simple Google search if you’re using the Wi-Fi from your room. There’s no iron in the rooms, and if you need one, you may have to request it at least 12 hours in advance. At breakfast, if you intend to eat an omelet, be prepared to wait a good 10 minutes in line because there’s only one person making eggs for everyone. There are no natural juices at breakfast; all the options are synthetic. The gym was closed that Monday when we arrived around midday, which was odd.

nice. the pool is lovely
The ATM Machin. It deducted 100 dollars equivalent from my card and was never refunded despite all my complaints to the hotel management everyday till i left. The ATM did not dispense, it says error, take your card. Only to get to the room and found out the money had been deducted. i feel ripped and sad, yet the hotel tells me it will be sent back to my card, i amyet to see such.
