The staff was amazing and super friendly …. I felt wonderful during my stay and Najib in Reception was great and super kind ….. there was a few staff in the restaurant and lobby bar that were very attentive and had excellent service
There was only one thing that I didn’t like and that was having to leave the stay was extremely amazing I didn’t want to leave

We had a very pleasant experience at the hotel. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were welcoming and professional. A special mention to the person responsible for bookings, who was extremely polite and helpful throughout the process. We were also very impressed that our room was ready upon arrival — even before 11:15 AM — which made our check-in smooth and stress-free.
The room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and everything was well-prepared for our stay. We also really enjoyed the pool — it was clean, calm, and perfect for relaxing.
Thank you for the excellent service. We look forward to coming back!
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to stay.

No access to restaurant for wheelchair users only two flights of stairs
Ramps are too steep around the faculty
The last few days of our stay there was a lot of banging doors
Requested two single beds when I booked the hotel only to be refused afterwards

my stay was absolutely delightful . the hotel itself is tunning with beautiful pool views and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful making me feel truly welcome specially CHAIMA and NAJWA . I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable experience

It was absolutely amazing! The views are stunning, rooms - luxurious, staff - very friendly especially Mr ANAS and Mr Karim ! One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in!

The hotel is quiet, clean, and the courtyard is beautiful. The staff were also extremely helpful especially my personal concierge Kenza.
It was too far to walk to the center of the city but that did make for a quiet night!
I wish the breakfast had more gluten free options, especially plain yoghurt and cut up fresh fruit.
