I have been badly received by a reception agent who was rude and impolite and who really needs to be more educated and learned about the reception etiquette... he really spoiled our stay at this hotel I will never ever come to this hotel and will surely not recommend it to anyone....

The breakfast spread was really great, the room size was good. The AC was good. The reception service was decent.
The walls are too thin, can hear all the noise from the hallways and upstairs neighbours.
Beds are not too comfortable, the bathroom needs to be updated.

The pool and breakfast were good
Mr Said (chef de salle) buffet staff superviser was excellent very welcoming he approached me when he noticed that i got scared of cats that were at the garden he gave me water he offered a juice and ask me if i wanted anything else
Because of that excellent customer service i decided to extend my stay for more 2 nights
Next day during breakfast i was told by the hostess that one of the 2 rooms i booked did not include breakfast Mr said approached me again and welcome me and my family to the breakfast and made sure to fix the problem and thanks to him we enjoyed breakfast as normal
Pool lady was very nice and welcoming
We had cockroaches in the room
I don’t tolerate insects so i was not happy with the room and the view was not pleasant

Lodged at Wazo for one night only (work matter). Very nice stay, the pool looked quite appealing (did not have the chance to swim unfortunately), room was quite the value for money. Mr. Adil at the reception was exceptionally kind and helpful, kuddos to him :) Will definitely come back for a longer period of time hopefully!
