Quiet peaceful location outside the city. Suite was light and spacious.
Staff (in particular Mohammad and Abdou) were extremely friendly and accommodating - greeted you by name every day and were very attentive and helpful.
Incredible freshly cooked food to order with different local and European options every day (delicious and authentic food).
Many thanks again to all the staff for a relaxing and pleasant stay!

The villa was stunning and the service from all the staff was exceptional. They looked after us very well nothing was too much trouble. The location is a little out of the town but it's easy to get a taxi the villa sort everything for you and Abdul was the best driver in morrocco! I would recommend villa Jardine d'isa highly!

Staff, cleanliness, food and overall vibe were immaculate. Loved that we could get out of the city to relax and not far at all to get a taxi to the centre.

My mum and I had the most wonderful stay here in the two bedroom villa. The place is perfection. Clean, comfortable, private and feels boutique. We had half board and the food was excellent. The staff are so kind and friendly. There is a free shuttle that leaves at 10am and returns at 5pm from the city. We will be returning.

We had an exceptional stay at this establishment.
Everything is impeccably clean, with a lovely scent that creates a welcoming and soothing atmosphère from the moment you arrive.
The staff is highly professional, always attentive, and ready to assist you with a smile.
The place is incredibly peaceful, perfect for relaxing and unwinding.
The view on the atlas Mountain from the room was amazing.
We felt like we were at home.
We’ll definitely come back !

Lovely property. Perfect retreat away from the busyness of Marrakech. We had a lovely time catching up on some R&R after a busy few days in the Medina and a tour over to the Sahara. Food is great and staff are wonderful.

Great hotel, friendly staff and hosts, breakfast was excellent. Pool was just perfect after a hot day exploring. We did most of the excursions recommended which are worth the money, the Orika valley is not to be missed. Perfect for the price, would stay again
Distance from the city with nothing else around, they did organise taxi’s for you but it was a bit isolated. So we felt we had to eat a lot of meals and their restaurant as nothing else within walking distance

Villa d’Isa was very clean and well appointed with lovely gardens and pool area. The staff were friendly and helpful.
We could have asked of course but the cost of evening meal requested on the day of arrival were not explained and were very expensive compared to advertised pricing for meals for the Villa at approx Euros 98.00 for 2 people plus drinks. The other meal booked was Euros31 plus drinks in comparison. So this was a bit of a shock on the bill.
Breakfast for an early departure was also arranged and then not delivered.
Finally we arranged spa services in advance and were not told until arrival these would need to be paid in cash which necessitated a trip into the medina to withdraw cash and payment for a separate return to the villa which was not a hotel shuttle times.

I love the place and all the staff that work at the villa
It is perfect for couples and the food from the restaurant is a 10/10
The only thing I didn't like is the location nothing close by to explore but that isn't stopping me going back

The villa and the facilities are excellent, and the staff team Mohammad and the team are brilliant. They made us feel comfortable, they treated us like family.
The taxi service is brilliant the abdou and his team are good people who give a excellent service.

The accommodation was stunning and exceeded our expectations. Everything about the villa was amazing. Anna at the reception is a wonderful woman who is always happy to provide advice about tourist attractions in Morocco. I highly recommend this place to everyone. We visited from Ireland and had a fantastic holiday. The villa features a nice swimming pool, hammam, massage services, and sports activities.

This being our first trip to Morocco I was nervous about not being familiar with the place or people. The staff at Villa Jardin couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating! Anna made sure our every need was met during the stay, I couldn’t recommend staying here enough!
Only thing which we didn’t mind but others might depending on what you want to do in Marrakesh but the hotel is considered out of city (literally 10-15 minute drive in) but be weary that you can’t really walk anywhere and cabs not affiliated with hotel might charge more than reasonable on this account.
