The hotel is practically a beautiful Moroccan palace, I found it absolutely amazing, couldn't stop taking pictures. The location of the hotel is also very good, in one of the rich and more safe areas of Marrakesh.
The room was also very large, clean and comfortable and had a large terrace.
The only thing that I would improve is the breakfast, I would have expected a bit more.

Our stay at The Red House Palace Riad in Marrakech was wonderful, especially because of its superb location. It’s perfectly situated near many of the city’s top modern restaurants and nightclubs, making it easy to enjoy Marrakech’s vibrant dining and nightlife scene while still staying somewhere peaceful and beautiful.
The property itself truly feels like a palace — elegant architecture, lush greenery, and a lovely outdoor pool area that creates a calm oasis away from the energy of the city. It’s a great balance of classic Moroccan charm and comfort.
What made our stay especially memorable, though, was Abdel. He was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. He went above and beyond to help with gluten-free arrangements, thoughtful recommendations, and assistance whenever we needed it. His attentiveness and genuine care made all the difference in our experience.
Abdel is honestly the single biggest reason we would return. The hospitality he provided turned a beautiful stay into a truly special one.
We would happily recommend The Red House Palace Riad to anyone visiting Marrakech.

This hotel was great for our stay in Marrakech! The room was a good size and bed was very comfortable. Every person on staff we met was so welcoming and friendly. They went above and beyond and were always happy to assist. The breakfast included each morning was delicious and plentiful. We also had a welcome mint tea and sweets which was a nice touch.

The hotel is located outside the Medina, but only a short 10 min walk from the main square. We have an amazing suite with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a separate living room. Staff was very friendly and helpful with all our requests.

I don’t know where to begin…our stay here at The Red House was one of the most enjoyable visits we have ever had, anywhere. The building itself is gorgeous and so well preserved with beautiful wood carvings and mosaics everywhere. It felt like we were thrown back in time so that we could appreciate life in Morocco as it was through the years. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the Medina and so many of the important historical sites that we visited. The food in their restaurant was amazingly delicious with many options to experience authentic Moroccan cuisine- we enjoyed every meal we had there! Finally, the people who work at The Red House were some of the loveliest and kindest people we met on the trip. They were thoughtful about our comfort and generous with their time and effort to ensure that we had an amazing experience every day. Abdel is a wonderful, genuine host and kindly made recommendations and reservations for us for several experiences throughout the area- we truly enjoyed speaking with him and learning about the authentic Morocco. Amin and the rest of the staff were kind, friendly, and eager to help however they could. It was lovely to return to The Red House at the end of each day as a perfect end to an amazing Moroccan trip! Highly highly recommend!

The room was amazing! It was huge and the beds were extra comfy. The terrace was amazing. Breakfast was awesome. Staff was super friendly. Easy to park in the surroundings. The pool was very very nice to refresh a bit after a hot day.
We like almost everything. There was a bit of confusion when arriving as the booking was apparently not showing the right numbers of guests and the front desk didn't "believe" me. Luckily I could show the booking reference where the correct number of guests were. Also to note this is outside the medina and it will take you 20 min to get there by foot.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Red House in Marrakech! The location is perfect, very central and close to everything. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff made our stay truly special. Everyone was incredibly positive and helpful, especially Abdel, who was always there to answer our questions and make sure we had everything we needed. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Marrakech!

The Riad is absolutely stunning and so beautifully designed. The location was just a 10 min walk to the Medina. The breakfast spread was so delicious and we had dinner one night, it felt like we were in a traditional Moroccan home. The staff were so attentive and kind, each one we interacted with were exceptional. Amin and Abdel arranged at the last minute for us to have a Hammam spa treatment and trip on the hot air balloon with a camel ride. The pool was just perfect on the 40 degree days !
Have to pay for coffee in the room ? , that is my only pet peeve !

The staff went above and beyond to be of service. Helped us get a tour guide and car at last moment’s notice and were very accommodating of us having to check out early morning, ensuring that we had breakfast before we left.
The property showed a bit of genteel poverty, for want of a better term. The public rooms are stunning but the private rooms showed a bit of age. That being said, I would still return to the hotel because everyone was so helpful and honestly concerned about us.
