The room was amazing! It was huge and the beds were extra comfy. The terrace was amazing. Breakfast was awesome. Staff was super friendly. Easy to park in the surroundings. The pool was very very nice to refresh a bit after a hot day.
We like almost everything. There was a bit of confusion when arriving as the booking was apparently not showing the right numbers of guests and the front desk didn't "believe" me. Luckily I could show the booking reference where the correct number of guests were. Also to note this is outside the medina and it will take you 20 min to get there by foot.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Red House in Marrakech! The location is perfect, very central and close to everything. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff made our stay truly special. Everyone was incredibly positive and helpful, especially Abdel, who was always there to answer our questions and make sure we had everything we needed. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Marrakech!

The Riad is absolutely stunning and so beautifully designed. The location was just a 10 min walk to the Medina. The breakfast spread was so delicious and we had dinner one night, it felt like we were in a traditional Moroccan home. The staff were so attentive and kind, each one we interacted with were exceptional. Amin and Abdel arranged at the last minute for us to have a Hammam spa treatment and trip on the hot air balloon with a camel ride. The pool was just perfect on the 40 degree days !
Have to pay for coffee in the room ? , that is my only pet peeve !

The staff went above and beyond to be of service. Helped us get a tour guide and car at last moment’s notice and were very accommodating of us having to check out early morning, ensuring that we had breakfast before we left.
The property showed a bit of genteel poverty, for want of a better term. The public rooms are stunning but the private rooms showed a bit of age. That being said, I would still return to the hotel because everyone was so helpful and honestly concerned about us.

I was very impressed with the clean streets, cuisine, and the many things to do during my week in Marrakech. I highly recommend a stay at The Red House. The decor of the hotel is stunning. The staff at the hotel were highly professional and friendly. Special thanks to Abdel for the history of the area and of Morrocco.

Property is close to the Medina, set in nice grounds with a pool. The dining room here is stunning.
Good sized room and bathroom and large terrace outside.
Staff here were excellent -friendly, welcoming and helpful

The staff were lovely and there was a lovely pool.
The Resteraunt’s was nice but only ate there once as there were no other diners usually in the evenings. Very quite. Food was good though.
The room was run down. The patio door locks didn’t work and the phone didn’t work either.
Also the bathroom shower didn’t work either so had to use the shower in the bath.

Location is perfect, in a quite, beautiful area at a walking distance to Medina. The Moorish decoration of the hotel is appealing, also the pretty garden with the pool.
The staff is very kind and attentive. Especially thanks to Amine for his efforts to make our stay perfect.
I advise to try the restaurant. They serve delicious Moroccon food.

Great location, kind and friendly staff
Our room was dated, not particularly spotless cleaned - dirty mop, left dirty residue on the floor so much that when you walk you can see your footprints. Also there was lot of noice, coming from something like a generator in the back garden.
Breakfast for 5 days was all the same, no variety, no other options available to choose from.

Everything. The hotel is spacious, with a great restaurant, nice garden and heated swimming pool. The rooms are big and clean. And the staff is just wonderful! Thanks to Abdel and his team we enjoyed Marrakech in the best way possible. He arranged everything for us. Restaurant bookings, a beautiful Hamam and so much more.
