Quite close to the airport and city center. Moderately comfortable and the staff where professional, kind and helpful.
It was quite dirty and badly maintained. The showers would go from normal to burning hot, and sheets where full of spots/dirt. The whole room and hotel has seen better days.

The swimming pool was a waste of time !
The solarium was a complete mess !
Artificial grass all over the place and dangerous to walk around !
No shade at all as ALL of the sun umbrellas and gazebo were broken it was very dissapointed !

Room was tired and in need of refurbishment, breakfast was poor , and pool has no area for loungers, sitting ect it is complexly boxed in by walls. Staff were not helpful during the earthquake, gave us no information on the situation we had to relay on other hotel guests. The next day there was clearly debris, cracks and damage to the property but suddenly staff who previously spoke English could not speak English other than tell us it was safe. We decided to check out and find alternative accommodation, but were not offered any money back for our booking.

Rashid the staff member was very helpful along with the kitchen staff
The hotel appeared tacky and unclean, no way this is a 4 star. I would say 2 star max. Also some issues with things going missing like the expensive shampoo was half empty and we only used it once. We complained to the receptionist but like normal they denied it. I am taking it further

I like the warm welcome.our room was very clean and tidy up. Room Air Condition working very well specifically in hot weather. Reception room sitting very good. Very good location and getting a taxi no problems.Breakfast was very tasty and good variety with fresh orange juice .Very good value for money .I hope I will stay again.
