location is good but rooms were of poor quality with poor noise reduction- for one of them we could not close the window. not worth the value

First suite was a rip off (half storage room without windows in living area) let me pay extra for suitable room.
No detal kit, no coffee refill, shower first day didn’t got hot, from second only hot, mediocre
Cocktails at the bar, no fridge/minibar at the room, took me 3 attempts to reach someone at the "guest Service Hotline", hard to get service at the pool at all, almost missed my flight because they did a booking error on check in/out, a then on top intrusively pulled my luggage out of the taxi.
Still no invoice received and credit card double charged.
What more to say. Nightmare Hotel
On top as "would have been nice": I arrived at 8 am due to an early flight. While respecting 3pm checkin, IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE showing some effort to make it earlier possible. But that feeling just continued until the very last minute and whole guest experience was at best mediocre.
After 4 Attempts to get an invoice from the service they make you send another email to a someone to issue the invoice. I mean seriously. Whats wrong with their interpretation of 5 star service. I am not your their secretary.

Beautiful hotel, disappointed that although we booked a very large room we were forced to book 2 rooms by the hotel, as we had 2 young children with us. Actually used the 1 room, as the children needed to stay with us. Our son on first night sleep walked to leave the room and if he wasn't in the same room with us we wouldnt have been able to re-direct him back to bed. It could have been unsafe. I think it should be up to the guests how many rooms are required as we know our own family the best.

It was a wonderful stay! We loved the property and fully enjoyed the swimming pools. The check-in process was very professional and our suite was far away from the night club noise. We would definitely stay at the hotel again.
There is a “no outside food” rule, which was a bit strange (they look through your bags). Our kids like to have *a lot* of fruits and occasionally we would shop outside for them, but had to monitor that after finding out about this.
