Mohsine was incredibly helpful and made us feel truly welcome. Selman is an absolute paradise—we fell in love with the interior, the horses, and the peaceful atmosphere. It was a pleasure meeting the owner!

Above all, the Staff are excellent, and the service level is impeccable. The hotel itself is even more beautiful in person than it is in pictures and is very well maintained. The rooms are clean, spacious and well-equipped.
Although the food is great, it does appear overpriced compared to the competitors. The famous "Brunch" was nearly 200 euros per person and was a fairly standard buffet, so totally not worth the price.

The experience in general - the kindness of the staff the magnificent architecture & decoration and the new Pige Restaurant. Dont miss the Hamman. Lovely.
Great Cocktails!
The Horses .. visit to the stables is unique
Beds are not as confortable as the 4 seasons and pillows are not in feather. Bed sheet should be frette equivalent Towels are average.
The food beside the new Pige menu is average.
The Gym is poor for such magnificent a Spa.

The property was amazing a very huge space similar to an island which was absolutely amazing and stunning I felt like at home all the staff were so kind and amazing the food was so good I can’t describe it and the hotel in general was an amazing environment and everyone there were so welcoming I would definitely come back if I can and recommend this place to everybody and outside was just amazing the horses are so mesmerizing to look at and the kids club was like no other everyone there were very kind definitely loved it and it was more then amazing

Wonderful
The hotel and its grounds are truly stunning, offering a picturesque and relaxing environment that made our stay memorable. One of the highlights was watching the beautiful Arabian horses every day, which added a unique charm to the experience. We spent countless hours lounging by the exquisite pool, enjoying refreshing cocktails in hand, and soaking in the serene atmosphere.
Our stay did have a less-than-ideal beginning. Upon arrival, we attended the Sunday brunch, which, unfortunately, was quite disappointing. The buffet was plagued with flies, making the food unappetizing and resulting in us eating very little, despite the hefty price tag of 150 per person. We we were served Lansons champagne, which, for those familiar with five-star standards, is a surprising and underwhelming choice.
We expressed our concerns to the manager later that evening. While a refund wasn’t offered, they did provide us with a complimentary breakfast for the duration of our stay. Although we appreciated the gesture, it was evident they were hesitant to fully acknowledge the issues we raised.
That being said, the remainder of our stay more than made up for this initial setback. The exceptional service, breathtaking surroundings, and overall experience left us with fond memories, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at this beautiful hotel.

The property itself is beautiful and very well kept, the rooms we had were spacious and had a nice view
There was a big difference in service between this hotel and other 5 star hotels we stayed in within Marrakech. The communication between the staff and waiting times to get anything done made the stay not so enjoyable

The service was not at the level of the hotel.
We had many issues to book transfer from hotel to the city and from city to the hotel.
The cars they provided they were not hotel’s cars, they nice and they were overpriced.
