Great location, comfortable rooms. The staff was very kind at the front desk.
If you are looking to relax you can do it at the pool but in the evening there was a DJ playing way after 10pm and with a child wanting to sleep, it was loud. There might have been a conference and we just didn’t pick the right date.
The food is also not the best at the restaurants.

It was an Excellent Experience where I enjoyed each and every single detail.
Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
Special Thanks to Mr. Sherif Shoeir, Sokaina who showed exceptional level of Support and professional Hospitality.
Amin had the Best Moroccan tea ever mixed with Smily Face that can never be forgotten.
Rooms are comfy and clean thanks to room service team.
I made extension at the same place where every moment was spent with joy, feeling like a Family.
Breakfast and Bakeries were so delicious as well.

Nice resort - lovely pools, spa,rooms are large, balconies, clean, accommodative staff, large snd good quality breakfast buffet, and good location. Attached to mall and mercado. I recommend it.

The breakfast is outstanding. The location of the hotel is great. The room size is pretty good. Room service and house keeping staff is very nice.
The air conditioning did not work at all. It was hot at night. We had to request a fan in the room multiple times. They finally gave one, but that fan was broken. The front desk staff was not forthcoming and transparent about the air conditioning issue. We heard different stories from housekeeping, room service, and the reception team.

It’s a grand hotel with good options for breakfast. The room is spacious and modern, with a lot of amenities, hair dryer, WiFi, etc. the swimming pool look good but we didn’t get to try it during winter. I received a surprise birthday cake and nice towel decor during my stay, which was very thoughtful and kind.
We had a small issue on the first day, and the staff came to our room and resolved it.

The staff is extremely attentive and friendly. Sara at the Reception was awesome at check in and very helpful throughout our stay. Lina at the concierge/travel desk was very polite and helpful in arranging a car for a trip to the Atlas Mountains (Ilyass our driver was not only a great and safe driver - but very knowledgeable about the locations). The breakfast at the hotel every morning was AMAZING. The area around the hotel is active and the mall is right next to it, but you feel secluded from it. It is also a 15 minute walk to the main train station.

Excellent breakfast, lovely pools
We received an email from the hotel on the day of arrival, stating a "minor refresh" was being undertaken. This is grossly misleading- the entire facade of the hotel is missing. Following check in, we were left wandering the resort to find our room. There was no additional bed as requested at booking for our daughter. The noise from building works was dreadful. I then received a phone call from reception curty asking me to return as there was an issue with my card payment. Then a subsequent phone call to say it was sorted. After approximately 45mins wait staff arrived to move us to another room. At check out, there was no inquiry as to how our stay was.
Prices for drinks as previously highlighted are extortionate- 7e for a coke.
