Wonderful
excellent location, very professional and courteous staff, housekeeping was great - they did something special for my birthday which was really sweet. We had issues with the ac as it wasnt working and apparently this was the case for the entire hotel which was a pity as a few nights it became too hot. Besides this, everything else was great.

We had a wonderful stay at Savoy Le Grand. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome—they were courteous, attentive, and took care of even the smallest details throughout our stay.
Our room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, which made it easy for us to relax after long days exploring Marrakech. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which offered an excellent variety of high-quality options and was a great start to each morning.
The pool area was another highlight—clean, well maintained, and perfect for unwinding during the day.
Overall, our experience at Savoy Le Grand was smooth, comfortable, and memorable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakech.

Very accessible, relaxing and near airport. Good staff. Nice to have various activities to do on property for a recharge kind of day.
Mistake after mistakes were made and managers had to compensate for it. Found ants in the first room. Got sent to a different (wrong room) then sent to a 3rd room. This room was near entrances and constructions with hallway doors remaining open all day and possibly night. Lots of gardeners/workers coming and going so we were unable to enjoy the patio. Manager Soukayna offered dinner on the house and a discount on certain services. Buffet dinner was lovely along with the live singer serenading us the whole time.

Great location and upscale property. The people are very nice and professional. We like to recognize Imad the tea man. He was exceptionally welcoming and friendly. Not to overlook the breakfast area and professional team working there providing excellent service to the guests

Breakfast was very good - location great - room large and comfortable - I sprained my ankle and was very pleased to have the help of a lovely nurse on duty

The hotel is beautiful and clean. The room was good, the breakfast truly exceptional. The service was excellent, we saw nothing in the way of rude or poor service mentioned by some. We also heard no construction noise.
The location is slightly away from downtown, but close to the mall with stores and restaurants.
The breakfast room was quite cold in the morning. The room rates are a bit above some competing hotels in Marrakech.

We stayed in a spacious two-bedroom suite, which was ideal for our family of four. Our kids especially loved exploring the various swimming pools, and we all appreciated the convenient central location and easy access to the nearby mall. Beds are very confortable.
The room, especially the bathrooms, feels a bit dated and hasn’t received the same updates as the bedrooms. The towels provided were worn and not as comfortable as expected. While the room itself was overall satisfactory, we anticipated a higher standard.
Additionally, the fact that major construction and extensions are currently underway at the hotel—and were not disclosed beforehand—was an unpleasant surprise.

Loud music by the pool from 8 AM until late. You can close the windows; struggle when it’s hot it will still be loud; forget about a recharge nap.
Cleaning staff enter rooms while you are inside; happened to us 3 times during our stay.

Location is reasonably good. Attached to a Mall next door with lots of shopping and eating options with a connecting entrance.
Upkeep of the property is not what should be. Mirror sliding cupboard door fell off its railing barely missing me by an inch. After multiple complaints, they just took the door away. No further apologies were given. No attempt to put the matter right. Very disappointing at the complete lack of empathy. Complete absence of customer service.

Good services around the venue, such as restaurants and club. Large rooms.
Maintenance status is not good enough, for example half of the bed slats were missing, making me sleep in a dip. Breakfast super huge in terms of quantity, but not exceptional in terms of quality. Nothing in the room minibar, strange for the hotel rating. Window door impossible to lock (the entire locking mechanism was missing).
