Wonderful Riad! We really liked their designs; so traditional and colourful.
A great advantage of this Riad is that there were signs everywhere to make it easier to reach the Riad without asking people.
The pool is amazing, its like a pool in a small forest.
Maybe some maintenance for the bathrooms are needed.

We liked the pool a lot!! So refreshing and natural
The room and bathroom were really special and comfortable. There was a gigantic bathtub in the room :) (atlas room)
We loved the little cats at the accommodation and the staff was very friendly and nice!
Breakfast was also really good!
Due to the earthquake it was very calm in the riad so we enjoyed that.
Our room was a little dark, but still wonderful

The staff were great and helpful whenever possible and super kind however it does not make up for the poor location, we had tiles falling on us from the roof which we did not receive any compensation for from booking.com nor the Riad and the room was tiny and didnt look anything like the images, its very rundown despite paying extra to upgrade we were disappointed with the room.
Images dont look anything like the rooms, our room was advertised as big and spacious however it was absolutely tiny and I wouldnt recommend anyone to stay here. Breakfast was poor as the other reviews have confirmed and it seems they just serve you the cheapest items from the area every morning. Location was awful, we were dropped off in the middle of the night at some random alley way from the airport and had to ask rude locals to help us without the fear of getting robbed, we had no data and no signal to call the Riad. Please book another place for location as you will end up getting harassed constantly on the way back to your riad because of the area. The whole place and furniture is super outdated and one of the cheapest in Marrakesh despite still being very expensive, you are better off staying in another Riad. Also the cats in the Riad will literally eat your food off your plate despite trying to shoo them away.

The Riad was beautifully decorated with a large room that was surprisingly soundproof. The staff were so welcoming and helpful, especially Ali who really went above and beyond to make our anniversary trip extra special. We also had the added bonus of some really cute kittens to cuddle! Couldn't have asked for a better trip!
To us there really wasn't any dislikes but it is a a little bit of a walk from the main square, however, this suited us well as it provided us with a more peaceful setting after spending the day in the busy souks.

I was not aware that the breakfast was complimentary for only 2 first nights of the stay had I known it would have been an experience to try the breakfasts at the local areas also
Overall lovely stay
AC was not working although an engineer did come out room but still room was not cool so was moved to another room smooth transfer

This is a fantastic Riad. The staff are lovely. The rooms are clean and full of Moroccan vibes. We hade a great stay here. Lovely to dip into the pool to cool off or just to relax. Breakfast was good but varied day to day depending on staff. Location wise it is tricky at first to find your way around but if you want a true Marrakesh experience this is for you. Overall it was a fantastic stay.

Stunning pool and communal areas, beautiful decor and furniture. Our room - The Casablanca Suite was gorgeous, big comfortable bed, copper bathtub, cute private balcony. The staff were exceptional, so helpful and friendly. Location was good, approx 15-20 min walk to the big square and souk markets and about 7 min walk to the entrance of the medina Bab Aylan.

The swimming pool is amazing, ali is very friendly and the boss is really really nice and loves to talk about the riad and morocco, great place to stay in Marrakesh, 10/10 would recommend. If we ever come back, it will be in riad roxanne
We had a room with alot of outside space wich was great but this greatly limitid our inside space to a small bedroom with a small toilet and shower, other rooms come difrently equiped

Riad Roxanne enchanted us with its culture. Its magnificent clean pool and amazing breakfast were unbelievable. The rooms, corridors, and surroundings were clean and tidy. The air conditioning was working well. The room was completely authentic, with Moroccan touches everywhere. Every detail in our room, from the bathtub to the soap holder, was well-thought-out. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They assisted us with planning our desert trip. Ali and Emine from the hotel team took care of us personally. Special thanks to the hotel manager, Ali Abi. We will definitely choose it again for our next trip to Morocco.

The swimming pool at the Rihad is splendid but the owner of the Rihad need to learn to excuse guests so they can use the pool comfortably.
The location is not so great. Its ghettoish and quite far from the city center.

Our recent stay at this Riad in Morocco was highly disappointing. Despite requesting a quiet room, we were given a ground floor room next to the pool and main area, resulting in constant noise and disturbed sleep.
Attempts to address the issue with the night porter, using a language translator, were futile as he refused to take any action. The staff's lack of consideration for guests' comfort was evident.
The Riad's atmosphere was uninviting, with an excessive number of plants attracting flying insects, making the room unpleasant. The attempt to emulate Moroccan style fell short, creating a cheap and poorly managed tropical environment.
The dining experience was equally underwhelming. The food lacked seasoning and taste, and our request for salt and pepper went unfulfilled. Breakfast options were limited and lacked variety.
The location of the riad is in the area where we didn't feel safe. It's in a local neighborhood, far from the center.
Overall, we cannot recommend this Riad. The room allocation, noise levels, insect presence, and overall mismanagement were major drawbacks. Consider exploring other accommodations for a more enjoyable stay in Morocco.

really bad experience could not sleep to loud( cats, motorcycle, wall to thin )
area is not safe specially if your woman after 10pm
dont really understand and how this place can have such a high rating. please trust me DO NOT GO THERE.
the desk employee is nice tho he refund us the second night cos he could not sleep either
btw if you dont mind seeing your girl taking a dump right front of you cos there no door for the WC which are right In front the bed.
also my favorite is the water pressure in the shower will be quicker to take bath in the pond which is btw 1m square
