Perfect location. Near to the square. If you will do day trip, you will get on the van in the square. Recommend the ouriks one if you like hiking. Staff are helpful. All my day trips are booked from them.
Not much space in the bathroom to hang clothes.

Youssef was very welcoming and promptly attended to the smell I complained about in the bathroom. He arranged my taxi to the airport; my driver was courteous and very helpful. Breakfast was well presented and delicious.
Room was basic, and I couldn't find the hairdryer. The bathroom needs attention - dirty grout, broken toilet roll holder, and smell from the shower drain.

This riad is amazing! Although it was a bit challenging to find it first (thank you Google Maps) but once I found it, it was easer to remember. The taxi will not be able to bring you at the door of the riad so make sure to use a Map app for help. The location is excellent as you are 1-2 minutes walk away from the medina and from all the things that you need. The riad was clean, presentable and had all the basic things that I needed on my stay. I stayed on the ground floor and although you may hear a bit of sound from the outside, it is not bothersome at all. The breakfast was good and prepared by lovely ladies and you can use the rooftop to relax and enjoy the air. The men in the reception, Youseef and (?)Ali were very friendly, engaging and helpful and they gave me tips on where to stay and answered all my questions (where to change my money, where to find ATMs, etc.). As a whole, my stay has been very pleasant and if I ever visit Marrakech again, I'll be sure to come back. THANK YOU!
Nothing really serious but just make sure to bring cash if you will pay at the riad as they do not have any credit card terminal. Anyway they will let you pay whenever you have the cash already so it was all good. Not a bother really :)

Wonderful riad, clean and relaxing, with a beautiful terrace where we started the day with a delicious breakfast. It is in an excellent position between Jamaa el Fna and Palais El Badii. The staff is very kind, they helped us to experience Marrakech during our staying. Thank you Hamza staff and thank you Youssef for the breakfast the last day! See you next time!

The property was so beautiful and clean. The beds were comfortable and the two gentlemen at the front were extremely kind and helpful. The room was fully equipped and the Ryad was in the centre of the market which is perfect for shopping!! The two men who were in charge were brothers, their names were Youssef and Tahar, they was so helpful and opened the door for me no matter the time. When I was leaving I was short on time and had to pack last minute, Yousef helped me and offered me his food. I was about to make my way to the airport when he offered me his food, he saved me!! The best Ryad Ive stayed in. Dont hesitate, and the price its a no brainer!

The riad is in Marrakesh medina, 2 minutes walk from the main square but the area is out of the noise so also very quiet at night. The riad is beautiful inside, with all the moroccan style tiles and decorations. It also has a terrace where they serve breakfast even though the view from the top is not on a vantage point. You can also dry some clothes on the terrace if you need to. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The soap dispenser in the shower wasn't working so we struggled a bit, but after showing the issue we were provided with extra shower gel. The room was also daily cleaned. Breakfast was very good, with fried eggs, juice, pancakes, cheese, bread, jam, butter coffee nd tea. On the second day they also provided us packed breakfast for us as we left earlier for the tour. The staff was very nice and very quick to respond to my messages. They recommended us things to see, places where to eat and gave us a map. They also have a great selection of tours you can book with them if you like.
They only accept cash payment, and we also had to pay the tour we booked with them by cash, which made it a bit more expensive for us to withdraw money. The stay at the riad was great but the 3 day tour we booked to Merzouga desert was not the best and it wasn't clear who was the tour operator as we were put together with people that had booked with different tour operators doing different things, and despite we chose the luxury option the accomodations where we stayed were far below decent in terms of facilities and also the meals we had. So it's not affecting my rating of the riad but I don't feel like recommending it.

We would highly recommend staying at this beautiful hotel, excellent location, amazing breakfast, lovely staff, beautiful rooms and comfortable beds. They are very welcomed and friendly. They showed the value of branded hotel chain. I can see the difference, Everything is fresh and top standard.. This is the best hotel to stay !
