Nothing was likeable here.
Everything. Nothing worked. A/C didn't work, doors to the room doesn't close (almost died of cold the first couple nights and had to run off and get a proper hotel room), balcony was dirty, I had to buy toiletries cos the toilet came empty. Even breakfast was nonexistent - 1 croissant with a small glass of juice and that's it. Important to note that I was charged more than £20 per day of breakfast for this disgrace.

The location was great with easy access to the Medina and the newer parts of the city. The space was large so we could "do our own thing" without disturbing each other. Also, the kitchen availability allowed me to make my own black tea, something sadly lacking in Morocco.
Although a little shabby, the apartment was comfortable. The elevator was good and fast.
Bus access is yet to be tested, but looks to be good and inexpensive between here and the airport. We were able to walk from the train station.
It was difficult to find a good breakfast alternative to the restaurant in the building.
There was quite a bit of street noise, likely to be expected given the popular location.

Horrible place. The noisy street kept me up all night.
Towels weren't very clean. The bed was average but the noise from the street is just horrible.

staff unhelpful . always asleep and never available. an old woman tripped up and fell over. the staff did not help and were trying not to laugh.
one staff member kept farting while booking us in. disgusting.

Nice place to stay I had to book this as my booking let me down but It turned out good as this place is lovely and had nice sleep not much time in place went out for dinner then needed to rest to travel next day had breakfast nice food just paid that day as never booked it at time .staff really nice and friendly.It is not that far from Train station . Will book again in the future. Nice place to stay and ok price for that area ?? Big room Morocco kind of look which I liked and lovely table in room . Cooker fridge

big scam. description states a fully equipped kitchen. when first checked in we had some dirty plates and glasses. no pan, no pot. nothing. when asked for equipment we were given a dirty, disgusting and unusable pan and pot. we were then told that a fully equipped kitchen. when asking to be able to cancel and get a refund there we were told no. not even a compensation of any kind could be given. extremely unsatisfied with the stay. don’t book.
