Horrible place. The noisy street kept me up all night.
Towels weren't very clean. The bed was average but the noise from the street is just horrible.

staff unhelpful . always asleep and never available. an old woman tripped up and fell over. the staff did not help and were trying not to laugh.
one staff member kept farting while booking us in. disgusting.

Nice place to stay I had to book this as my booking let me down but It turned out good as this place is lovely and had nice sleep not much time in place went out for dinner then needed to rest to travel next day had breakfast nice food just paid that day as never booked it at time .staff really nice and friendly.It is not that far from Train station . Will book again in the future. Nice place to stay and ok price for that area Big room Morocco kind of look which I liked and lovely table in room . Cooker fridge

big scam. description states a fully equipped kitchen. when first checked in we had some dirty plates and glasses. no pan, no pot. nothing. when asked for equipment we were given a dirty, disgusting and unusable pan and pot. we were then told that a fully equipped kitchen. when asking to be able to cancel and get a refund there we were told no. not even a compensation of any kind could be given. extremely unsatisfied with the stay. dont book.

staff were all very welcoming and polite to us through our our stay. They were very accommodating and always happy to help us with any problems. I liked that we were very close to the city centre and had shops near us that we could walk to. Our hotel was very comfortable.

Located 5 mins walk to central Gueliz, McDonald's, kfc the carre for Mall and all local restaurants in the vicinity.
I wish housekeeping was provided everyday instead of asking for towels and the room to be cleaned, it should be a general rule to return keys to the reception for housekeeping.

The room I lived in was inhabited by demons, I could not sleep, they make annoying noises, they mess with personal things, and I lost money and private things, but I am sure that the jinn did this and not a resident of the hotel or one of the workers, it is really terrifying, the first day I woke up and found My shoes inside the fridge is a terrifying and funny thing & & & ..

The front desk man was just awesome.
The waiters in the downstairs coffee shop were very helpful.
The apartment was very good in general.
Some appliances needed fixing. It should be fine for a short stay I guess.
