Beautiful property with a gorgeous sun terrace, ideally located on the edge of the medina. The staff were lovely, welcoming and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. The dinner at the Riad was splendid and the Spa massage was truly excellent.

We had a very nice stay at the Riad Zayane. The Riad is beautifully decorated, very clean and pleasantly quiet. The breakfast was very delicious.
Location can be a little tricky to find.

From four Riads I have been in Marrakech in the past year. This ones cleaness is exceptionally perfect. Its polished, smells divine. Bedding feels like a cloud to sleep on, absolute relaxation. Breakfasts on point, sweet with combination of eggs, some veggies. On one morning as it was my mothers birthday they prepared amazing set up, specials and birthday cake with candles! Would recommend again and again! The hosts are beeeeeyond professional, helpful, nice and caring!

The excellent service and the food. The comfortable rooms, hot showers, air conditioning in the room.
The terrace was also very pretty.
The location.
It is a bit far from the touristic places within the Medina.
Some of the market gates close at 8:00 pm and we could not find our way out of the market (past 8:00) to the Riad.

I really the interior and the design of the Riad because it is traditional Moroccan style. The staff especially are very nice and friendly and they treat you really well. The food cooked my Samira and Malika are amazing!
Will definitely always come back here whenever I am in Marrakech :)

We loved our stay here! The staff is WONDERFUL!!! They really made us feel at home and we just adored them. The property is beautiful, really has a magical feel to it. Beautiful rooms, woodwork, and decor. Such a quiet oasis in the chaos of Marrakech. We enjoyed dinner there one night, wine on the terrace, and all of their helpful tips about getting around, etc. The medina is still the Marrakech medina, so be warned that you can't get a car directly to the door, and it's easy to get lost and overwhelmed out there if you are not accustomed to the hustle and bustle, but they'll offer to meet you and arrange transportation for you, so there are definitely options for different levels of comfort. And they have wine, which all Moroccan hotels/riads definitely don't have :) Overall the best Riad experience I've had across Morocco!
A small thing, but there was a bit of a bad odor in the bathroom (I assume a sewer issue because it was very very clean, so I know it's not related to cleanliness) but nothing that couldn't be remedied with a diffuser. Also would appreciate protein with breakfast each day - variety is nice but having an egg on the first day was key to getting us through our morning! :) Otherwise perfect and a good location for getting around. Walking distance to almost everything!

A beautiful place and very good starting point to explore Marrakech. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and the chef did very good tasting menus for us on our first and last day. I am sure we will come back here and will recommend it to family and friends.

Beautiful interior design for the courtyards and rooms. Comfortable bedroom, with clean bathroom and dressing gowns. Pleasant tasteful siting room with selection of helpful tourist guide books. Very helpful staff. Convenient location being in the middle between old (medina) and new town. Cannot say anything about the breakfast as we had to skip it for out timetables. The dinner provided by Riad (order in advance) was very good. Extremely pleasant scent of argan oil throughout the riad. Close to main road and convenient for pick up by taxi ( Medina's streets are not suitable for cars, many riads are located within the walls far from the main road, so could be difficult to carry suitcases). We will be very happy to stay there again.
The neighbourhood around can be is quite a shock for western tourist, it is the real street market with noise, rubbish, smells and seeming chaos. But it felt safe to walk there, even late at night.

Great location (taxi access, in the middle of the okd and new town), friendly staff and English was not a problem, clean and nice riad.. good value for money. Maybe poor breakfast if you dont prefer sweets or fruits for breakfast.

Good to communicate with by email before arriving, quick replies and we could book a trip without issues. Very good dinner - recommend to try at least once. Close to the edge of the Medina, so close if you want to go in to the modern town and 10-15 minutes walking to get to the touristy part of the Medina with restaurants and market stalls. No taxi needed!
Although really good at replying to questions in english before by email the staff during the day did not speak a lot of English, so you need to make sure to ask questions when English speaking staff is at hand. Excursions and dinner has to be paid by cash. No problem in itself, but we had to remind the staff for the bill as it also had to be paid the night before and not on checkout - again hard due to staff speaking English was not available all of the time. The area just around the riad was not the nicest one - the building next to the riad at the entrance of the alley was a demolished house, and the streets surrounding were a bit sketchy late at night when returning back from dinner in other parts of town.

The staff are wonderful, within a day it felt like family, they were constantly doing things to make our stay more pleasant. Riad Zayane is like coming home to a beautiful and peaceful oasis after the chaos of the streets outside. Breakfasts were delicious, fresh juice,fruit, eggs and croissants each day a bit different. There is a sweet small pool to cool off in from the heat and a terrace upstairs which we enjoyed in the mornings and evening. Weloved our Riad and highly reccomend it to anyone!
Our first room was nice, but a bit small fro two mature women. We were able to move to the Oasis room, which is just perfect.
