Fabulous Riad. Beautifully appointed. Very quiet setting in a local area away from the main tourist area.
Staff were welcoming and very helpful.
Breakfast was an abundance of delicious food.
Rooftop terrace had views across the medina.
We couldn't want for more!!

The staff were amazingly helpful and did everything they could do make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. They showed us around, arranged hammam and sorted out taxis. Nothing was too much trouble and they were so friendly and welcoming. We felt like we were instantly at home. Especially Zac who had a great sense of humour!
The only thing was that the beds were a bit hard!

beautiful property hidden in the alleys of the Medina. opens up to a beautiful courtyard and fountain. my room was very comfortable,designed in Moroccan decor with modern amenities. the managers were super helpful with organizing guides and travel experiences. they also had dinner prepared for me several times.... super delicious Moroccan food. additionally they were extremely nice and made sure I was well taken of.

great breakfast staff are helpful especially the middle aged man we were upgraded to better room for the reason/s of: *the toilet in our room is malfunctioning **of what had happened when we arrived
worst experience ever! the service we requested to meet us up in the station did not arrived!! we've waited for hours!! no calls or text from the staff/riad - that we are waiting for nothing... the riad is hard to locate no signages whatsoever- and the light in the alley was off. When we arrived at the place we waited for like 30mins since the door is locked, we've been calling the manager but hard to get through (good thing our phone was roam) and about 5 boys are harassing us for money since according to them they helped us find the place

I love the authentic feel and unique aesthetics of the riad. I got a free upgrade to the Berber room which was incredible - such a beautiful room and overall this place has amazing energy. Loved the Moroccan breakfast (included!). Very clean and it seems like they've just done some updates to the place. Looking forward to coming back on my next trip to Marrakesh.

This gorgeous riad is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood without tourists. Once you quickly get the hang of finding your way back from spending the day wandering the city, it's a perfect respite and exactly what is needed for a perfect vacation. Dinners and breakfasts were delicious too!

Very beautiful Riad with an excellent team of people looking after their guests with great care and kindness. Immame and Zak went out of their way to ensure I saw the best of Marrakech and the Atlas Mountains. Most impressive was the amazing chef who cooked easily the best food in Marrakech and actually up with the best food I have eaten anywhere in the world! Not to forget a memorable hammam and wonderful massage.To summarise - the whole experience is really like staying in a home from home - a million miles away from a corporate hotel experience and all the better for that. Thank you all!

I cant say enough positive things about the staff at ZamZam. Within 24 hours of booking I received information regarding airport pickup and how to schedule a Medina tour guide. The Riad owner, Marcus, met me upon arrival and the manager, Imam, took care of all my needs while there. I booked an overnight desert excursion through another site and Imam made sure I had a staff member escort to the early morning pickup point so I didnt get lost. The Medina is a maze, and getting lost is common. Imam also made sure I had a dinner arranged by the cook for my return so I didnt have to bother looking for a restaurant after a long day. As a woman traveling alone, I was made to feel safe and comfortable at every turn. There are only 7 or so rooms, so the staff is small which added to my overall comfort.
The location is great if you want something more tucked away, but I found it challenging for my first visit. Taxis not called by the Riad got lost or tried to up charge me because they had to ask locals for directions. Id stay again, but thats something to consider if youre by yourself.
