Everything was great about this Riad. The location is just amazing, very near the main place and all the medina. You can return to the Riad at late at night and don't feel insecure. The staff was so friendly, one of the friendliest I've seen. They talked a bit to us over tea about the country and some curiosities. The Riad is also beautiful, with a rooftoop to watch the sunset. The breakfast is very complete and tasty. There is a private parking arround 300 - 500 metres from the Riad, where we paid 100dh per two nights.

The Zahri Riad is amazing! One steps from the vibrant, narrow, commercial street through an arched opening into a tiny, quieter side street. Then, with a knock on the door, one is graciously greeted by the wonderful Zahri family in their beautiful, quiet Riyad. We loved everything about the property. The en-suite rooms, the courtyard with a pool, the tasty food and the views from the rooftop terrace were all magnificent! Yones, Mohamed and their sister Rajaa were perfect hosts and tour guides!
The only negative about our visit is that we didnt stay long enough! Public parking lots are a short walk away, but not bad. If one calls the Riyad, they will send someone to help with your luggage and guiding you to the property. Or, GoogleMaps will guide you to walk through several blocks of the too-narrow-for-cars streets from the car parking to the Riyad.

Very good breakfast. Great location. Staff was very friendly, helpful. I felt like I was in a bif family. Riad has also very nice terrace with a view of Koutoubia.

The staff was very welcoming, friendly and polite, available at all times. Clean facilities with lovely roof top terrace and beautiful view of Koutubia. The breakfast was filling, fresh and nicely served. I couldnt ask for a better location. If you are planning active holidays with a lot of sightseeing and want to chill out at the roof top at the end of the day, this is your destination.

It's in the middle of the city, in 50 meters you are in central Marrakech. But the hotel is very peaceful and quiet.
Find parking can be hard. The owner helps you in the right directions.

Lovely peaceful place in the heart of the Medina. Its a really great central location which we found easily. (If you arent confident its best to get the staff to pick you up though).
Room was very comfortable. Roof top terrace was beautiful and breakfast was great.

first time to Morocco - stay at Riad Zahri.
A riad is a traditional Moroccan garden-courtyard home with 5-10 rooms/suites. There are rooftop terraces and sometimes pools (this one has both), tiled breakfast rooms, plants, and beautiful architecture. it is clean, cozy, and safe. the AC works well.
Riad Zahri is in the Medina (old town) and a close walk to many major cultural attractions, but on a quiet side path. Its rarely possible to drive in the Medina, but there is secure parking nearby for a fee if you drive - the walk took us 8 minutes (we had lots of luggage).
Riad Zahri offers the best of the warm Moroccan hospitality. Our hosts Amer and Moha greeted us on arrival with tea and help. One of these two is always on hand. They offered advice on sites and times, assistance in booking dinner, taxis, and excursions (the restaurant they recommended was great and offered a wider variety of Moroccan dishes these most places). They taught us several Berber words and were proud to share their culture with us. Once when we got lost (and then more lost LOL), we called RZ and they helped us get where we needed to be. We departed very early in the morning, having settled up the night before - they both awoke to see us off and sent us with a bag of fruit and pastry for the morning.

I loved that it is in the middle of everything so you get to places really quick

The Riad is very beautiful, an oasis of peace within the Medina. Very clean and 2 minutes walking distance from the main square. All the staff people were perfect, always friendly and available for anything. Special thanks to Moha for making us feel at home and for his valuable advice for a perfect stay in Marrakech. Both Moha and Achraf are two special host, always smiling and cheerful, they made our stay unforgettable. I highly recommend the Riad not only for the location but especially for the atmosphere that peoples working there were able to create.
