I like everything, starting from the welcoming from the staff and the amazing decorated room. The staff are well trained and always keen to help. I keep coming back as I feel at home in this beautiful riad. Its indeed Wow !
They even surprised with a birthday cake in a a restaurant, I was really touched by this gesture. Thanks to all the personnels at Riad Wow.

If you plan in staying at medina, then Riyad wow is a good choice. It is a small boutique hotel just a few minute walk from Jemaa alfnaa . Its easy to reach by taxi. The staff are super friendly. I would like to give a special thanks to Mohammed at the reception. He was helpful and extremely nice and welcoming.
We were there during the earthquake , and other than a broken base, everything was ok.
The bathroom needs some maintenance. The breakfast varieties were limited.

Raid is well equipped like a hotel standard
Staffs are nice and helpful
Raid spread a lot of flower petals to everything for decoration, it would be better to skip it as I needed to spend time to remove one by one

The location for this Riad is exceptional with direct access by road. The staff is super courteous and extremely helpful. We had a WOW stay.

I liked going back to a riad I enjoyed in the past. The staff are very friendly and professional and the location is perfect. The area is very safe and its walking distance to the main sites.
The breakfast need to be improved. Having said that I had freshly squeezed orange juice, homemade omelett.

We liked everything. Exceptionally beautiful and with attention to every detail, both the general areas and the room. Good breakfast, small menu but very tasty plates in the restaurant for dinner, helpful staff, we also ordered hammam and it was good. And the location is unbeatable, just outside the medina in a quiet area, but within walking distance of the main square. And good air conditioning, which is important :)
All was fantastic. I would advise that if traveling with elderly or incapacitated people, this is probably not the best place as you have to go up narrow stairs (and there is no elevator) to get to for example the breakfast area.

The room was very nice and comfortable
The restaurant and bar area. Not inviting at all due to the old furniture / decorations with chair cloth covers / not a clean look. Could be a very nice restaurant / bar if newly renovated. You want a drink or a dinner in your hotel but must be inviting venue.

We visited 5 cities in Morocco, stayed at the Wow for 6 nights, and this was by far our favorite Riad. It is beautifully appointed, the staff is excellent, the breakfast was plentiful and the dinners were delicious. The terrace is especially lovely and inviting.

This riad has a perfect location, in Medina. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The restaurant is not the same every day: some days very good, some days not very good! In the evening there is a noisy ( I think from the staff). The breakfast is poor! All the other things were good!
