The riad was very clean and the room was cleaned everyday!
The staff was very friendly and nice, we have to specifically say that Ibrahim was very helpful with everything throughout our stay!
Our room was on the ground floor, so it was very close to the lobby, which made it feel less private.
The pool was small. It served more as a decoration.

Unfortunately we experienced the same aggression and left the Riad for our safety.
Thankfully we have been to Morocco many times and have had brilliant hospitality but not in this riad.

directly in the center of the medina. relaxing and calm place to rest from the crazyness of marrakech.

This is a beautiful riad. The people who work here are very welcoming, kind and have great advice. It is a lovely place to stay. The breakfast is fantastic as is the location.

The staff has been very friendly and attentive. They were always available to help you. The Riad has a lot of charm, it is very well located and the breakfast is delicious. We are very happy.

Everything - staff was so helpful and property was airy, clean and they served a delicious breakfast.
Beds were too firm but thats just a personal preference.

The staff was superb, they helped us with everything (transfer from and to the airport, printing the boarding passes, giving tips for our trip) and went above and beyond! The rooms were clean and comfortable. Location is good, it is 5 min from the square. Breakfast was delicious with different moroccan breads, pastries and fruits.

Close to Djema El Fnaa main square, but without the noise. Staff were really helpful and property was very clean.
Limited choice at breakfast and croissants were microwaved! Would have preferred a front door key so could gain access to property without always ringing the front door bell

The guys who worked there were very friendly and helpful with all my questions and needs. They even came out to find me when I got lost! Nice loungers on terrace and excellent breakfast there. Room was nice and traditional, quiet and correct temperature. Good shower. The plunge pool was nice way to cool off at the end of a day's sightseeing. Very central for main square, museums, hammam etc. Would highly recommend

we enjoyed everything in this little pretty RIad. The host Ibrahim could not do anymore for us and went above and beyond . I was reluctant to stay in a riad as I always stay in a hotel and this was my first time but it exceeded our expectations. We got a little lost on the first day but Ibrahim managed to allocate us and helped us with everything from start to finish.
It was a little noisy on the last night as there was a celebration and some guests were quite loud . The riad is small so this is unavoidable however this was quite late in the night and we had to catch an early flight so didnt get the best sleep. Something for guests to take into account maybe .
